Waterscape's A311 open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Mostly happy

Our check in process was not great. The code given to us to enter the condo was incorrect. It took over an hour for a new code to be given, all the while my daughter and husband sat on the floor in the hallway waiting. The stay itself was decent! Everything was as advertised. I requested a slightly later check out to accommodate our softball schedule, and even after the problem checking in, I was denied. I was disappointed in the customer service aspect of our stay, but everything else was nice.

Will be back

Minor Things can/need to be fixed repaired. At different time’s different elevators seems to not be working, the heated pool was not heated, one hot tub was not available and the play area by the splash pad could definitely be replaced because of chipped places on the toys and rubber flooring. The room itself was great!!! It was clean and very spacious! We are a family of 4 but we easily would of had 2 more people with us and still had plenty of space. The balcony was VERY LARGE. We are cruisers and this place definitely gives cruise vibes. Definitely a place where kids can make friends to hangout with. We personally didn’t use the grills but if we were to stay longer we definitely would and might in the next visit. There were plenty to choose from and all had convenient tables nearby to enjoy your meal.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

This property has everything you could need . Literally located on the beach and very close to restaurants and grocery store. Beds were super comfortable! We all had the best time!!! It was a blessing!

Ready to return

This place has a partial view of the gulf. Room had just been repainted. Most of the condo was clean except the shower in master. There was a lot of black “gunk” under the ledges that began breaking loose. The worst part was the VACASA service after we arrived. The codes that were given didn’t work. After calling for assistance then waiting for 37 minutes in the hallway for maintenance, I had to call VACASA again. This time I was on call waiting for 16 minutes waiting to speak to a service rep. Meanwhile I sent my husband and boys to locate a Waterscapes employee. She was fabulous and came right up. Unfortunately her codes didn’t work either. At this time we had stood in the hallway with our luggage for over an hour. Thank goodness the room was nice and the owners took extreme care of everything.

Nice but needs some minor maintenance repairs including the dirty & warped ceiling fans. Overcrow...

Waterscape was nice, loved having parking garage, on beach & big pool area. Complex was terribly overcrowded, limited food/beverage. The food options & service in whole area terrible 1-3 hr. wait everywhere & traffic was a nightmare, bumper to bumper & took forever throughout all of Ft. Walton/Destin/Seaside area. Beaches are nice & plenty of nice golf courses in area but otherwise limited and over priced, too much driving required to be a true vacation.

Amazing!

We had the most amazing time on our vacation! The condo was very spacious with more than enough room for myself, my husband and our two kids, as well as my sister, her husband and their two kids. It was perfect for us. The location was great!! It was super nice that we were called and checked on the first morning by the front desk to make sure that everything was well and there wasn’t anything we needed. We all had a blast and can’t say enough good things about Waterscape!

Wonderful resort

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The space of our condo was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child. We honestly could have fit more. Absolutely loved that both bathrooms are full master baths so there was no fighting over big showers or tubs! The pool and lazy River are fun for all ages. Make sure you have someone at the beach by 7:30 to reserve a good spot for your 2 complimentary chairs.

Great Location!

Great for families w children. Our kids did not want to leave. Staff is helpful and super friendly. Easy beach access. Our 2 bedroom was clean and beds were very comfy. Will be back!

Awesome condo!

Great spacious condo! Right next to the pool stairs access and near 2 elevators. No view but had everything we needed for an amazing week

Just ok

The resort was nice are was nice and well kept., The pools were too crowded to be able to socially distance properly. The lazy river really isn't that long of a lazy river, The room was well furnished and had plenty of towels but lacked some basics like shampoo, salt/pepper/ coffee filters, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels. The doors to the bunk area are falling apart and there wasn't a really good cleaning performed. Noise from Hilton AC drowned out any chance of hearing the waves crashing. Beach access was great.

Awesome Weekend

We had an amazing weekend here at waterscape. We were able to check in at the front desk earlier than our room was ready so that we could start enjoying the water park. The kids loved all the different options. They ranged from 2-12. It was a very short walk over a bridge connected to the water park to get to the beach. The beach was beautiful. Our room was ready promptly at 4 and was beautiful. It was perfect for the 8 of us. I will definitely stay here again.

Long needed Vaca

We loved the convenience of the door key codes. We loved that it had a well-furnished kitchen. The room was in a great location near the elevator and the stairwell. The reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was that my inlaws stayed right next door and their room had area rugs in the living area and they had rugs in both bathrooms. That was a huge deal to me because of all of the sand that comes in from the beach and we had 2 small crawling babies and rugs would have made a BIG difference to us.
