Extensively renovated and updated, this vacation home has a beautiful interior to match the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico and the tropical gardens and pools. The primary suite, guest bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating where you can enjoy the Emerald Coast's beautiful sunsets.

A402 is tastefully decorated in peaceful and relaxing coastal colors throughout. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals at the dining table. This beautiful condo offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations and is one of the few units to offer a private door to the kids' bunk room which also offers a TV and DVD player, ensuring a quiet room for kids of all ages. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, large TV, and a DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary suite features a king bed, while the guest suite has a queen bed. Both rooms have a TV and a DVD player, plus an en suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a garden tub.

Really enjoyed the unit overall. Great view, decor, and comfortable couch. All the beds were pretty terrible. If you are looking to get some good, quality rest at night, you will be very disappointed.

Great getaway

The communication with the rental agent was top notch. The dryer wasn’t working efficiently so they came picked up the laundry and returned it. The staff and even patrons living there were very helpful and informative. This property is differently worth a return visit.

Nicest Condo at Waterscape

Been coming to Waterscape for over 7 years and this is by far the nicest and most upgraded unit we have ever stayed in. The kitchen peninsula and overall beauty is absolutely worth it. Plus since you are in an AX02 room you are as close to the beach as possible without paying the AX00 price!!

Nice view but needs work.

The view was great but the home needs some work. Garbage disposal didn't work, 2nd bedroom that was supposed to be a queen was a full, no dustpan, drawers in dresser were off track/broken, and light over shower kept going off and on.

Waterscape A402

This unit has a wonderful view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The balcony door does not have a functioning lock which means that outside noise isn’t blocked out. The living area is a little congested. The table is too large for the space and several bar stools clutter the counter area. There is also a beverage cart which takes up space as well. The floors and large kitchen counter are functional. The mattresses in both bedrooms could use an upgrade. We placed pillows under the mattress during our stay to keep from rolling inward. Be careful with the master bedroom headboard. If you move the mattress, the headboard is not attached to the wall. Overall, we would stay here again but would really like the mattresses to be upgraded.

Disappointed A402

We have vacationed at Waterscapes 4 times now. This condo owned by Vacasa was the only that was disappointing. The Air Conditioning stopped working twice and one time we had to wait until the next morning for repair. The patio furniture was VERY rusty and peeling, one of the chairs was broken. The blue couch is dirty, the arm cushions are greasy and the back cushions are dirty & collapsed. The carpet in the living room and under the dining room table needs to be cleaned or replaced. The toilet in the Master bedroom was wobbly. The bottom bunk sheets had sand in them & we found someone else's earbuds. The fourth floor carpet in the hall needs to be cleaned or replaced by Waterscapes. But this condo has a beautiful view of the beach & lazy river.

Beautiful view but way overcrowded!!

I'm not one to complain and usually gives the benefit of the doubt but I felt the need to say something about this vacation. First of all, beautiful view! Condo was clean. Needs a new washer/dryer unit. Wasn't working properly but management corrected the problem somewhat. Owners need to get a thicker mattress topper or better yet a brand new mattress. You could feel the spring coils in your back. Worst sleep ever! If you're looking for a spacious and relaxing condo, this is not it! Overcrowded on the beach is an understatement. The beach chairs would be sit up in giant U shape with guests having to get down to the beach at 6:45 or sooner just to get a view for the day and even heard arguing over who wasn't getting that chair spot....ridiculous!! People were so inconsiderate and would literally sit up a tent in the middle and in front of the condo's beach chairs. Not to mention people playing their loud music and drinking heavily. The overall lack of respect for each other was terrible. We've been coming to Okaloosa for several years and I've never had this experience before. Take my advice, stay at one of the condos down the way, you'll be much happier!

Nice condo!

This condo was clean and the view was great! It was convenient to the pool and beach. The one toilet was not real secure to the floor and wobbled, but other than that it was a really nice stay!

Beautiful room and view!

Very clean

As soon as we walked into our unit, you could smell how clean it was! This is very important to me especially during these Covid times. Also, very easy access to the beach and pool areas. My family was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay tremendously! Thank you!

Beautiful Views

This place was very nice. It was clean upon arrival. I would probably stay in this unit again. The bed in the bedroom to the right needs to be updated as it caves to the middle and the toilet rocks in this room when you sit. Also the garbage disposal wasn’t working. Overall the decor was nice and beachy which I look for. And the views are beautiful. Very nice and I was happy which is hard to believe if you know me!

Great location & Perfect for kids

We loved the location of this unit. We were close to the beach and an easy walk down to the pool. It was just a quick drive over to Destin. The kids loved the kiddy pool and lazy River! We also like that there were plenty of things to do near by like the Gulfquarium.

Loved it

Loved it! Great views, clean and spacious. Beds were a little hard but they weren’t bad to sleep on, we still slept well. Drier had to dry the towels 2 times but I think we just had it on the wrong setting. I noticed if you used the more dry rather than the timed dry it worked just fine. Would definitely stay in the s condo again!!! We love waterscape!

Perfect location!

This condo was great! Perfectly situated with a great view of both the ocean and the resort's lazy river and swimming pools. A few minor condo issues such as fire alarms repeatedly going off if the balcony doors were left open, and the fact that the dryer struggled to dry clothes. Other than that, it was perfect. Even then, I would definitely book this place again.

Amazing week!

I would first like to say, you will not be disappointed with this condo! From the moment we walked in, we were in awe. The ocean views are amazing (way better then what is even pictured). Also, this condo was definitely renovated recently which the pictures do not show ( the pictures may be updated by the time your reading this). The kitchen has a huge/ beautiful White quartz Island and a farm house sink. This is not the kitchen seen in the pictures so it was a nice surprise! Also the condo looks like it was freshly painted and recessed lighting was added. With that being said, the condo is very much up to date and was very clean on arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our week stay. The bedrooms were both a good size and the bathrooms are huge! The bathrooms were clean and everything worked property. It was nice that both bedrooms had its own bathroom. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the comforters which are as thin as the sheets! Luckily we used the second bedroom as the pack in play room so we stole those bed blankets to add to ours! Another bonus was that the Balcony could be accessed from both bedrooms and the living room. The balcony had plenty of outside furniture ( two lawn chairs laying style and table with 4 chairs) so you can enjoy the beautiful coast. Like I said earlier, the views are amazing! The front view from the Balcony is a lawn area and ocean, but from the side of the balcony you face the lazy river and pool area. I really enjoyed the location of the condo as it is an ocean front room but you can still see your family swim at the pools if your up in the room ! The resort itself was awesome as well. My two children ( 10month old and 3 yr old) had the time of their lives at the pools. You can tell the resort is very family friendly with lots of swimming areas for babies, toddlers and older children. The beach was also amazing. We did not use the beach service ( umbrella and two chairs) because we brought our own beach tent and chairs. We preferred this because we liked setting up between our resort and the hotel nextdoor so we could have more room. We would set up our beach tent in the morning and would take it down at night. We would leave it often throughout the day and it was always safe! Check in and out was super easy done via text message ( we never had to go to the lobby for anything) We will book this room again!
