This beautiful first-floor, Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors leading to your own private balcony so you can sit and enjoy the white sandy beaches and the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Swim in the on-site pool, or spend relaxing days on the sand.

There are two TVs and a DVD player in this cozy unit. Other features in this warm and inviting vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop stove, oven, and all of the utensils you need to cook and prepare a hearty meal. You'll also have your own washer/dryer to manage your laundry during your stay and central air-conditioning.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Halloween get-a-way

The weather was perfect and the beach wasn't crowded. The only problem is the VRBO fees. They are somewhat extreme!

Wonderful Condo

This building is in a perfect location, and small enough for easy access to the beach, stairs, and elevators. Having a pizza restaurant next door helps too! The unit itself was great; the beds were comfortable, the kitchen appliances were new, and the TV was large. The shower head was probably the best one I’ve ever used in a rental; the water pressure was great and the head itself had numerous settings. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful beach location and view for a quiet getaway. It was very comfortable. If I were the owner, I would update it with nicer furniture. We had friends nearby and could have had them over for card games had we had a little bigger table and 2 more chairs. Bunk beds were nice and would be great for a couple with children.

Weekend getaway

This was a great little condo with some pros and cons. It had the most amazing view of the beach. It was clean with the exception of sticky floors and counters. It also had an overwhelming smell of fabuloso. I ended up buying a candle to help with the smell The bed in the bedroom needs to be replaced the mattress is in terrible shape and can use some new pillows. The hallway beds were nice and comfortable. Just wish it had a charging area for phones or tablets. It had quick and super easy access to the beach. I wish it included chair rental like other condos but still enjoyed the beach with the easy access to. The swimming pool area was average would have loved a grilling area. Seen one across the street wasn’t sure if we could use it. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and utensils. The fridge needs to be replaced or changed it had rust and the icemaker was not working. We used the ice trays that were there. Overall it’s a great little getaway and we would rent this again. If you are looking for a place to just hang out and don’t need all the fancy things this is the place for you.

It wasn't worth 1,070 dollars! The bedroom tv didn't work. The bed was too uncomfortable! The pots and pans was too rusty to cook in!! I would not be staying with this site again

Perfect smaller getaway!

Enjoy all of the beach life but with less people cramping the lifestyle! This perfect family-sized unit is not crowded. Only recommendation is to bring a smaller vehicle. Most all of us staying there parked out in the lot because of how narrow the spaces were for SUVs/Vans/Trucks. The unit was small, quiet, and had all the items you needed. If it isn't supplied by then, recommend some crab crackers and some kitchen shears if you'd like to cook/eat there.

Just DON’T

Do not waste your time. I wish there was a way for me to attach pictures!! Bugs! Cockroaches. I reached out to support and was informed they weren’t allowed to do anything but we were more than welcome to go purchase whatever we’d like and we could send them the receipt to be reimbursed!! Are you kidding me!? The top bunk rail doesn’t even go up above the mattress so our two three year olds had to sleep with us because one of them wasn’t going to sleep in the hallway without the other. The door knobs were all about the fall off for both of the bathroom doors. There is mildew/or mold (I’m assuming) around the bathroom vent. There was no fitted sheets for the pull out couch. There are plenty of plates/cups/utensils and a decent amount of pots but zero oven pans. The toaster was broken, but they were very quick and responsive to bring us a new one. The fridge didn’t seem to be cooling correctly so they came to check and also agreed.. the freezer didn’t seem to have any issues. They were speedy to bring up a spare fridge to get us by for the week.. even though they told us they call us to let us know when the maintenance guy could come by etc.. never received that follow up call.. it seems like all of the other condos were apart of the program and got free chair/umbrella rental etc.. they give you a pool/gate access code for absolutely no reason because there is no where that it even ask for one.

Great location with an amazing view!

Great place with a wonderful view. Two sliding doors open to the private balcony and provide instant access to ocean breezes. There's an amazing pizza place neighboring the property. Their live music was hit or miss but the pizza was delicious. The master bed could use an update, not very comfortable. We had a great time.

Very Good Property, But..

Our initial impression was very positive. The rooms were clean and well kept. However, upon rising to get a drink of water after midnight, cockroaches were seen in areas around the kitchen. These were killed and cleaned up right away. I contacted the manager and they were very sympathetic. They even offered us another rental. However, as we were here for only two days, we declined their offer, rather than spend another half day moving our belongings. The following morning we saw no more insects. Later that day, however, additional roaches were seen in the utensil drawer. I understand that those managing the property have no control over the maintenance diligence of others and are therefore somewhat at the mercy of the other owners and I don't hold them entirely at fault. But the majority of the insects were newly hatched, indicating that they originated in the property. I have no doubt that this will be corrected immediately, as the management was clearly motivated to prevent any further incidents. But I felt that it should be made known to potential renters who can inquire regarding this issue. Otherwise, the property was a delight. Clean rooms, well lit, clean stove, microwave and ref. The pool was spotless and beach access was exceptionally convenient. Parking beneath the units sucked, unless you're on a motorcycle. Overall, I would recommend this for a nice vacation.

Great Location Great Customer Service

We had a wonderful beach front location with beautiful views. We received a courtesy call and I mentioned a few items I had noticed not available (hair dryer, laundry detergent) and that evening a bag was dropped off. Awesome.

Perfect beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was clean, check in process was easy, and everything was as described. The view and proximity to the beach truly cannot be beat; you are steps away from the white sand. We stayed during spring break, which is obviously a popular time, but the beach never felt crowded and with it being such a small 9 unit building, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just a short distance away (no more than a 5 minute drive). Right next door is a pizza place that we frequented and were able to use their heated pool on the cooler days. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Location

If you want beach front, this is the rental for you. You are located right on the beach. The view was amazing we got to see the sunset everyday. There was a pool right in the front of the rental and the beautiful beach. You also had an amazing pizza place right next door it was so convenient and it was so good. They also make amazing drinks at the bar very strong. I couldn't ask for more staying at this rental. We had everything we needed just footsteps away.
