Beautiful townhouse located in the small town of Moncontour, voted "most beautiful villages in France".<br>The accommodations are located above a cabinetmaking and straw marquetry workshop (independent entrance).<br>On 3 levels with all the charm of the period: exposed beams, steep staircases and stone fireplace... for 2 to 5 people (including 4 adults max). Free parking at the foot of the house.<br><br>Beautiful living room with parquet floor and equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, landing, bedroom with a double bed 160 (or 2 twin beds on request), bathroom with toilet. On the 2nd floor, a mezzanine with a choice of 2 single beds installed as a double bed and a high chair as an additional child bed. <br>Baby cot and equipment on request.<br>Flat screen connected TV, wifi internet (free), books and games available.<br><br>Kitchen equipment, kitchen bottom, cleaning products, provided.<br>Quality linen: sheets, towels, dish towels provided, beds made on arrival.<br><br>In the heart of Brittany: 1 hour from Rennes and St Malo, 25-30 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches, 1 hour 20 minutes from Mt St Michel, 1 hour 30 minutes from the south coast. <br>Ideally located to discover our beautiful region and Breton culture.<br><br>Free parking at the foot of the house, Moncontour is a dynamic city with many craftsmen and quality shops.<br>All shops are within walking distance (mini-market open 7 days a week, pharmacy, bank, bakery, pastry shop, tobacco bars, butcher, fishmonger, laundry, hairdresser, restaurants...)<br><br>Other notes: <br>Children are welcome but vigilance is required because the stairs are difficult and it is impossible to install barriers, we cannot close the mezzanine. Our accommodations are not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
