Our lovingly updated beach house is ready to host your next family vacation.
Choose to Bike/Walk/Drive to Delaware & Maryland Beaches. This West-Fenwick home is located on the canal about a mile from the beaches including Fenwick Island State Park that has parking and bathrooms. The newly expanded second-floor deck overlooks a short canal that leads straight into the Assawoman Bay, with water access perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards. The kayaks in the photos are available for your use during your stay at no extra cost to you.

About the Property:
Our home has been lovingly updated to make sure your family is comfortable and feels right at home. The deck spans the entire length of the house, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The best part is the covered section that lets you enjoy the beautiful surroundings both day and night. We welcome your furry family members too! The yard is fenced in (with exception to the water) and a doggie door is also accessible on the 2nd floor deck.
This canal-front home features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths -- Each floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 10, with additional sleeping for up to 2 in the downstairs living space. This tastefully furnished home offers an updated kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances, natural-stone tiled bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, and dual-zone HVAC.
Plus an outdoor shower when you return from the beach!

The home is conveniently located within a quarter-mile of popular restaurants including Harpoon Hannas, Catch 54 and Papa Grande's. You're minutes to Viking Golf, Go-Karts, Thunder Lagoon Water-park, and Fishers Popcorn, plus so much more.

We only offer Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals From Memorial Day to Labor Day of 2025. Mini stays are available in the off season. We will be offering mini weeks/weekends that include Sunday-Thursday or Thursday-Sunday.

Things to Note:
1. All bookings until September 1, 2025 are offered on a weekly basis that is from Sunday to Sunday.
2. Please also note that while children are welcome with accompanying adults, the majority of adults at the house must be over 25 years old. (No Senior Week Rentals)
3. Pets are welcome. Pet fee(s) are as follows:$350/ first pet. $700/ 2 pets. $1050/ 3 pets.
No more than 3 animals <50lbs each allowed on the property during the stay. Please note that you are responsible for your pet(s) and cleaning up after them.
4. No parties are allowed on the premises.
5. The property comes fully furnished (minus linens and paper products)
6. Security - the property does have security cameras located at the front/back door and on the water for security purposes.

1. Bed Linens/sheets (All beds have mattress covers, comforters/duvet covers, and pillows)
2. Bath & Beach towels, all soaps and paper products.
3. Bikes and/or water toys to make your week a special one!

We get no commission from these relationships (and for legal reasons, don't necessarily recommend them, but love the idea of you having a more pleasant vacation):
