The property was exactly as advertised. Accommodations were some of the best we have experienced. Had direct communications with the property owners who were very supportive in insuring that we had everything that we needed for ou stay. Great overal experience.

Nicely updated. Great amenities.

The location was great for our family and we truly appreciated the bikes, each chairs etc. The was a minor plumbing problem and the owner was very responsive and it was repaired quickly. Thanks for the fun vacation location.

Summer Beach Week

Beautiful townhouse very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood that was perfect for our family of 3 and we would happily stay here again.

Great location for a getaway!

The hosts, Pat and Steve are great communicators! This space is close to the pool and beach! The beach lockers are a great help. Pack your own non-stick pan or grab some at TJ MAXX as the cookware is seriously subpar and the pantry in the picture is not a pantry, but a broom closet. Aside from that, this place will have everything you’ll need for a great stay! The AC in this unit is exceptional for Caroline weather using a Google Nest. The patio furniture and grill are great. Overall, a great stay was had!

Fantastic Beach Location

176 The Greens may be the first place I've been where the online photos understated the actual facilities. The rooms were comfortable and inviting, the furniture felt like home, and the location is spectacular.

Great condo and Perfect location

A super clean and well stocked condo. The location to the pool and beach was great. Great place to ride bikes and so nice that bikes are there for your use as was beach chairs. Hope the condo is available when we visit Hilton Head again!

Great Vacation at The Greens - Shipyard

Excellent accommodations at this rental. Very clean, well-equipped with all the essential necessities, comfortable bed. We felt right at home. The bikes and beach locker with chairs were a bonus! We would definitely return. Pat and Steve are great hosts!

Wonderful location!

We stayed for a week at this rental, and it was fantastic! We loved the location to the beach, and the beach locker included was icing on the cake for us with two young children. The property was clean and had pretty much everything you needed. The only recommendation I have is to add a fan or two since there are no ceiling fans in this property.

The Greens 176 was a fantastic place for our family of four to stay for a week! The proximity to the pool and beach, the amenities, including bike availability, worked out very well for us. Wonderfully surprised by all the comforts of home at our beach vacation.

Wonderfully surprised by all the comforts of home! Every time I needed something, I'd open a cabinet and there it was! The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. I highly recommend this property!!!

Great place to stay on Hilton Head Island

The property was in a convenient location on the island to access golf and restaurants. Very clean and well supplied with basic necessities. Bikes were a plus and the location to the beach access wasn't very far. Would highly recommend it

Nice condo, we loved Shipyard. We’ve stayed in shipyard for many many years. The only thing that we could say is we had a hard time working the remotes on the tv. It was difficult to change channels etc. It was great having the beach chairs near the entrance of the beach.

HH vacation

We have stayed in the Villages before and we love the location, close walk to the beach. We also liked how it included 4 bikes and plenty of beach chairs for our family. The condo was well maintained. Was very impressed that the owner texted us on first day to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Hilton Head in the future.

Wonderful Hilton Head vacation

The place was clean and had everything needed to cook. Having the bikes and beach locker with chairs were excellent pluses. It’s about a 10 minute easy walk to the beach or a few minutes by bike or car. The owners were responsive to questions and checking in at the gate for a parking pass when we arrived was simple. We loved the place and highly recommended it!

After vacationing in Hilton Head Island for 5 years, we decided to buy a Villa. It is our piece of paradise. We always look forward to our visits with great expectation and are never disappointed.

Our Villa offers all the comforts of home while you enjoy a sub tropical island vacation. Biking with the four bikes provided with the rental is a great way to get to know the Plantation. The pool is 200 yards away, tennis is 400 yards away and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. Grilling from a patio area, off the deck, which backs up to the Shipyard Golf Course, is always great fun.
