The Seattle House is a 750 sq ft one bedroom, one bathroom custom built guest house located in West Seattle. Sleeps four with a queen sized bed on the main floor bedroom with smart tv, queen sized bed in loft area accessed via ships ladder and a queen sleeper sofa on the main floor living area with large smart tv and led fireplace. An outdoor patio is located to the west of the entrance with seating for four. An additional lounge area and view deck is located in a loft space accessed by a "ships-ladder." Easy access to the airport , local West Seattle attractions, and downtown Seattle. Breath taking west-facing views from main floor and view deck.

My husband and I had the best stay at this cozy house! We were blown away by the attention to detail and the cleanliness of our stay. We always looked forward to coming back after our long day trips to the surrounding national parks to rest and recharge for our next adventure! Thank you to the wonderful hosts who made our 10 night stay the safest and easiest part of our trip! We cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing place!!

We stayed at the house for about a week and it was amazing. You can see the ocean and it's close to lots of activities. The hosts were super nice and answered every question we thought of. If we come back to Seattle, this will be the first pick!

Cute Quiet Neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay. The guest house had everything we needed (cozy blankets, cooking supplies, plenty of towels, etc.). The location is awesome. The bus stop is only one block away, the grocery store is nearby, and it's just a short walk to delicious restaurants. Itto's Tapas is amazing! We enjoyed visiting downtown Seattle, but were excited to return to the nice quiet house. Thank you Shawna!

I would highly recommend staying at the Seattle House. The interior of the house was straight out of AD. The esthetics were thoughtfully curated by every detail put into the design and the decor; beautiful and cozy. It was very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. The location was perfect, close to downtown and other neighborhoods, yes there was the usual traffic but it always seemed to be going the other direction. It was actually nice to be able to escape to West Seattle from the mayhem of downtown. The mountain and ocean view were accompanied by a gorgeous sunset which you could view from the rooftop deck. Will definitely stay here again. Shawna was timely in her responsive the one time I needed to reach out to her.

Absolutely perfect

This home is absolutely gorgeous. Very well built and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home immediately. The neighborhood feels safe and all in all it was the best trip we have ever had to Seattle. We have family that lives 5 minutes walking distance so I can guarantee we will stay here every time now, and will be back soon.

Seattle Soccer Tournament

Guest house was clean, located in a safe area, and had plenty of free street parking. Our hosts were excellent communicators and made it a priority to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The balcony views were spectacular and the family of rabbits in the backyard were entertaining.

Super cute, nice finishes, every thing you could want in a rental! Stair/ladder was very steep which ended up keeping our toddler off of it, which was great. Only room for improvement is the shades are all very thin and there’s no shades on the skylights so the loft stays bright throughout the night due to the street lights. Place is on a very quiet street.

I absolutely loved everything about our stay. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, it was in a safe and cute neighborhood and the house its self was just adorable.
