Girls Trip 2025

I gathered with my college friends of over 30 years this past weekend at this wonderful house. The property was clean, comfortable, and everything was operable with detailed instructions sent ahead time. The one time we had to call and ask the management company a question we received an immediate response. This is my 2nd time renting a house in this neighborhood. I will be back again next weekend with my family for another fun filled weekend! I would highly recommend this unit managed by Eden Crest.

Awesome cabin

This property was very nice and clean. We had plenty room to spread out. The location was perfect. Only took about 8 minutes to get into Gatlinburg. The only negative we had was the pool heater wasnt working. We reached out to management and they sent someone out to check on the pool. The propane tank was acrually empty and needed to be refilled. After it was refilled took about 24 hours to heat pool to a safe temp to swim. Everything else was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Flying Squirrel gone wild

The checkin process was easy. We did have to wait until exactly 4pm to checkin, the property was still being cleaned. The location is awesome. 10-15 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg. Amenities- the hot tub and sauna are great. The indoor pool area is heated, but not the water. The temp was to cold for us to use. We loved the movie room, and game area. Having a grill was also very convenient. Beds comfortable and each room very spacious. Some things we will keep in mind for the next time we travel. Bring linen. There was not enough for 7 people, and who wants to wash laundry while on vacation. The movie theatre room does not have a light dimmer option which would be awesome. Also keep in mind critters in cabins is a very real thing. We had a squirrel in the master bedroom. We noticed it around 11pm, called the property and due to the holiday no one came out. We tried to catch it ourselves but we aren't animal control and the squirrel was fast and was flying. We did not have any one come to assist until 2pm the next day,and the squirrel not being caught until 6pm. We could not use the master. It was very inconvenient but our family will enjoy the memories and laughs this caused for years to come. I would absolutely recommend this property. Thank you Eden Crest for hosting our Thanksgiving week. We will be back.

Great weekend

House was a bit bigger than expected. We loved how spotless everything was the all the amenities the property had. Kids loved the house and the wife and I loved it as well. Very peaceful! Had a slight issue with the pool temperature but Maintenance came out the next day and fixed it no problem. Will be back for sure

Family/friend vacation

It was a great place to stay. There was some stuff that needs fixing before it becomes a problem but all in all it was a fantastic place. I would recommend them putting a dish drainer and a sink plug for the kitchen because we ended up having to hand wash dishes the dishwasher didn’t seem to be washing that great and it took it all night long to wash one load. So if you have a big family you have to hand wash because the dishwasher is also too slow. The location is about 8 miles from all attractions takes about half an hour to get there but it’s worth every minute of it. Thank you for having us and we would definitely return.

What an awesome experience from check in to check out. We loved Wet n Wild and all the amenities. We had a variety of age groups and it accommodated everyone. Plenty of room for 10 people and everyone could have individual space or be all together. Strongly recommend.

Friends Getaway

Memorable!

We left the property not a couple of times to get something to eat and explore a little. The rental had everything we needed to have a great time. It was the perfect space to just hang out and have so much fun together! We all had a fantastic time and would absolutely go back again. We are already talking about next year’s trip.

Mossburg stay

We were never sent a code, we waited nearly 2 hrs for someone to get back to us. As our mom was on oxygen and driving 8 hrs in 90+ heat. We had to sit in our cars outside til finally someone answered to the phone and sent us a code to enter the house. Then we were told 2 parking spots and 3 on the street. We had to deal with neighbors 2&3 doors down shouting at us because we had 4 vehicles and we were parked where we were suppose to be and they wanted to park closer. They wanted us to take other spots. To the point of vulgar letters left on our cars and then they just parked on the corner in the middle of the street. Blocking the road. We tried calling about the swimming pool indoor was so cold we could not use it. Wanted them to come adjust the temp, nobody showed up. A-lot of money was spent along with a lot of harassment and disrespect from the “door code” company. For 27 yrs we have been coming to Gatlinburg. This was the worse stay ever.
