Beautiful View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The proximity to the sand was great! There was plenty of room for everyone! The public beach is right next door and there were people that overflowed onto the private beaches. Other than that, we would stay again!

Great place for family vacation

Nice condo, great views, new public beach Nextdoor made it a little crowded at times due to spillover from public beach...otherwise a great stay

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience - beachfront and beautiful views of the gulf made having moving coffee on the deck a must do. It is a private beach and had chairs and umbrellas setup for our unit every morning. To the East is a public beach but were signs making sure most folks didn't invade the private side - going West of the property was very light and was an amazing and relaxing walk to take every day along the beach! Property was clean and well maintained. We did have an issue with the A/C the first night we arrived but Cherie was fantastic and took care of us immediately. Good communication and customer service. Walking distance to Stinky's and only a mile from a cute coffee shop, sub place, pizza place, etc. Walmart was nearby so made it easy to run and get essentials. We enjoyed the location!

Thank you so much for your wonderful five-star review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Whispering Sands 303 and were able to take advantage of the beautiful gulf-front views. There is nothing better than starting the day with coffee on the deck while enjoying the peaceful sights and sounds of the beach! We’re so glad you enjoyed the private beach setup, daily chair service, and the relaxing walks along the shoreline. It’s great to hear that the location worked so well for your vacation, with nearby restaurants, shopping, and local favorites just a short distance away. We sincerely appreciate your understanding regarding the A/C issue during your first night, and we’re happy we were able to address it quickly. Providing excellent communication and customer service is very important to our team. Thank you again for choosing Dune Allen Realty. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back to Whispering Sands 303 for another memorable beach getaway!

Wonderful

We loved the condo and the view was spectacular. The easy access to the beach and the chair and umbrella provided was a huge plus. Unfortunately, if you can’t climb three flights of stairs this is not the condo for you.

Great place! BUT!!!

The condo and location are excellent. Everything has been remodeled/updated and very pretty. The builder wasted a lot of space on the huge master walk in closet. And the bunk bed mattresses are bunk bed mattresses. There was no mention of the pull out couch. With those few minor issues, the accommodations were great! HOWEVER, the description on VRBO failed to mention there is NO ELEVATOR in a three story condo! Who in their right mind would build a luxury condo anywhere and not have an elevator. But even worse, not give that information in the descriptions. This was a golden girls getaway and believe me those flights of stairs were a real challenge every day! Buyer beware! I will ask the right question next time. Never would have thought it would be necessary! Sadly it will be the last time at Whispering Sands.
