Mary was an awesome host. This property was amazing. The views were breathtaking, the sunrise was untouchable. We enjoyed everything about our stay and we will return for our anniversary in the future. Thanks Mary for making our special week even better and it was perfect!

This is our second time at Portofino & again it did not disappoint. This unit is close to the main pool & lagoon with perfect views of the bay & the beach. Very clean & well stocked with everything you need. More than enough room for our family of 4 we can’t wait to come back !!!

Wow! This place is the perfect balance for anyone seeking to relax or those that want to go go go. Plenty to do within walking distance from the condo. In my opinion, the best view ever! You get to see both the bay and the Gulf from this balcony. And top that off with a host that goes above and beyond to help and give tips, just doesn’t get any better. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with our family!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was a cute, cozy place with a beautiful view and had just about everything we needed during our trip. The location and atmosphere made for a very relaxing stay.Mary was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo with a beautiful view. This condo is nicely decorated, well stocked and very clean. We liked the resort a lot, with onsite restaurants, spa and gym. Easy walk to the beach. The host is very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended

The ‘InExcess’ condo has beautiful views of the ocean and bay. The condo is exactly as described, very comfortable for our family of five and well stocked for a week stay. We would absolutely stay again!

Great unit that faces East towards the dunes, Sound, and National Seashore. We have been to Portofino multiple times. We enjoyed the peaceful views of this unit, and it was quieter facing away from the other towers. The ability to sleep 3 kids in the guest room was a great plus! The host management company communicates well. We had a great vacation and would stay in this unit again!

Beautiful view and the condo was well supplied with many supplies you don’t usually get in a condo. Also bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return! The amenities on the property are very nice and there’s a beautiful beach right across the street!

We had a great time in this unit. The view was the best thing about this condo. We also like the location, close to the lifestyle center and tennis courts. It is a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with most things you will need to cook a meal. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels provided so you don’t have to bring them with you. Mary is very nice, informative and accommodating. She responds quickly to questions or concerns. She also provided so many recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. We will definitely be back!

A great spot for a beach getaway. Conveniences of a resort, but you’ll feel nicely secluded on your balcony! Mary will take great care of any need(s) throughout the process and stay, too.

Great Location and Property Manager

We had a great stay at Portofino. The condo was probably the best-stocked unit we've ever stayed at. They thought of everything! The property manager was excellent.

We’ve stayed at Portifino a few times and this by far has been our favorite condo. It is fully stocked with all the supplies you need, very clean, and Mary was very informative and easy to work with.

Perfect stay

Property was just as described and more. Stocked well with additional supplies which was appreciated. Property manager is very easy to reach and provides plenty of information. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for guests to use also!
