MANASQUAN beach. Romantic, quiet renovated guest cottage just steps to everything! Why share a house when you can have your own private bungalow! There is fine bedding & Alexa on-call! Wifi, smart TV, A/C. Bike to beach in 6min and it's one block to town!. This is a Studio/hotel-like room.Everything is in one room. Renovated bathroom and kitchen! Your outdoor space is limited to the open front porch for morning coffee or tea. There is a tiny patio with cafe table and wicker lounge seating behind the cottage. No bbq. The yard is for the front house guests only. 1 blk to charming town with shopping, great restaurants and delis & salons, yoga. under 1 mile- short bike ride (or walk) to beach. 2 beach bikes with baskets and combo lock for you to park at bike racks at beach or use bike path. No need for a car! Train is walking distance and stops at all shore points AND to NYC. But Plenty of free parking here, A/C , skylight, beach badges ,beautifully charming 5 star hotel-like room with high quality bedding and cotton soft towels. Fast Verizon wifi. Full renovated kitchen and bath. NO SMOKING INSIDE. 2 Beach badges included. Bikes have locks, Air pump and baskets. Enjoy!

Comfortable, clean and very quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy and walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Check in was very easy and everything we needed was there. Great place to relax !

A delightful cottage!

We had a lovely stay at Roberta's cottage while visiting with family nearby for the weekend. You can tell that the host not only cares about the property but the comfort of her guests as well. The cottage is spotless, well decorated, and in walkable distance to all the cute shops downtown. The neighborhood was quiet. I really appreciated how responsive and communicative the host was and she provided wonderful recommendations. I would highly recommend staying at Roberta's cottage!

Great find

Close to town, excellent food and service at restaurants. Small cottage that had everything we needed to have a great stay. We took the provided bikes to the beach every day and walked to town for dinner. Away from beach craziness we sat out on the porch and enjoyed the evening breeze. Great beach experience.
