The Beach House in Eastward Look, Walk to the Beach!

The Contemporary Beach House is just a half-mile walk from the beach. It features Cathedral Ceilings and lots of natural light in the living and dining rooms. Its fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils.

The beach house is a split-level home with four bedrooms and two full baths. Three bedrooms are upstairs, and one full bath has a tub. One bedroom downstairs has an adjacent bathroom.

The living room has comfortable seating, a 55" flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. A sliding glass door opens to a large deck with patio seating overlooking a plush backyard with a gas grill and an outside shower. The vacation rental also includes a washer and dryer.

Right across the street from the Beach House is a playground, tennis & basketball courts, perfect for families. A short distance to restaurants, shopping at Stop and Shop and Narragansett Pier Town Center, and dining at the Coast Guard House. Minutes to all Narragansett beaches. A bike trail is located near the Narragansett Town Beach.

Great Location

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Good places to eat nearby. Close to the Block Island ferry and can drive to Newport easily for the day. Playground and tennis courts across the street is a plus.

Everything you need for a vacation

This cute 4 BR house has everything you need for vacation. You can walk to a local "less crowded" beach or over to the larger Scarborough beach, whichever you prefer. The park across the street is an added benefit, with lots of families and children walking and playing nearby. The house has some added items for entertainment such as corn hold, but also beach essentials such as chairs and boogie boards.

Good Narragansett Beach House

Stayed for a week for a family vacation. The house is in a great location close to Scarborough Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has a nice open floor plan and pretty much everything you need. Playground across the street was nice for my 4 yr old and overall a good place to stay. The owner was fast at communicating and quickly resolved a small issue we ran into. A simple, straightforward, decent place to stay, I would return if we do another trip.

Great Location!

Very spacious house with lovely yard! Property was as described. My grandchildren loved the playground right across the street and the beach was within walking distance. House was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation.

This house was in the perfect neighborhood and it was close to everything. Beaches, restaurants, Adventureland, etc. The house was very clean and very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Location

Nice Clean house and great location, easy walk to the beach, close to Galilee and a quiet neighborhood. The decor could use a bit of work and the lack of air conditioning for the upstairs was a bit of a bummer but we used the provided fans to move the cool air upstairs with pretty good results. It was a bit on the warm side while we were there so it may not be an issue for the majority of the year. All and all a good choice!

July Family Vacation

We had a great trip this past week. We took advantage of the neighborhood which is perfect for our family, biking, walking and the playground and very close to the beach! House had all we needed and we were able to use the grill and outdoor shower. Would recommend!

Wonderful vacation

Great location….home was very clean and had everything we needed and then some! Property owner was very responsive to any questions I had…my family loved the park directly across the street….played tennis and my granddaughter (1 1/2) loved the swing and play area. Great bbq…no need for air conditioning in upper bedrooms which was a concern of mine…air conditioning in living room was powerful enough to cool entire upper floor….Beautiful place to stay with your family…and reasonably priced… I intend to come back again.

Great Beach Getaway

My friends and I had a really nice stay here. The location is walkable to the beach (solid .5 mi +)--our main goal for this stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill in the back was clutch. The kitchen table could easily fit a larger group and it was plenty big for us. It got a bit buggy at night so we didn't use the back deck as much as we might have liked but we did make full use of the outdoor shower after hitting the beach. Robert was very responsive to questions and kept us updated about the property. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Pleasant stay by the beach

Property was just as described and pictured and an easy walk to the beach. The park, basketball, and tennis courts were especially convenient right across the street with children. Thanks!
