Gulf Shores Plantation is a condominium in Gulf Shores, AL in the Fort Morgan area. This third floor unit is perfect for your family vacation. Take in the sun from the ocean view balcony or step right on to the sand.

Tranquility and harmony encompass you immediately when you arrive at our Gulf Shores Plantation condo. This 3-bedroom (3rd bedroom is a loft area above kitchen open to living room), 2 bath gulf front condo has everything you could possibly want and more. You'll feel like you have stepped into paradise.

The kitchen boasts new appliances (Keurig Duo with carafe or pod use), granite countertops, and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs from working up an appetite playing in the sand. Curl up on the couch and enjoy the oversized windows that allow you to embrace the panoramic view of the sand and gulf. The couch can also be used as a sleeper sofa. You can enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony with your family and friends. The balcony offers a one of a kind view to the magically Alabama sunset that will have you never wanting to leave this tranquil vacation experience and coming back year after year.

On the first level, enjoy the open living room that invites you to sit back and appreciate time with your loved ones, read a book, play a board game, watch television or just be. The master suite has a king-size bed and a private en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The guest room offers a calming blue theme that will be sure to help you relax. It is equipped with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed for little ones. The second bathroom is full size and located in the hall just outside of the guest room.

Upstairs, the third bedroom is a loft area that over looks the living room. It features a queen-size bed, twin bed, tv, and plenty of storage space.

You'll appreciate the resort amenities offered at Gulf Shores Plantation- three beautiful, large pools, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, volleyball court, and a sauna. A key card grants you access to the indoor pool building, fitness center and saunas! You are also moments away from the desired Kiva Dunes golf course! 35th Anniversary

My husband and I had a very relaxing time at this facility. The condo was wonderful and as explained. Very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing. The beach is private and the condo complex is gated on entry, so you feel very safe. If you are looking for a quiet location out of the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shoresand just a short drive, Ft Morgan is your area. We had the most relaxing amazing time. We would stay at this condo again.

Million Dollar Beach Views

I would love to live here, but it sure was a huge treat to enjoy it for a few days. You are looking directly out onto the beach, while you drink your morning coffee and have conversations with family. It's healing to the soul. High end furniture, super comfortable beds, huge kitchen, plenty of space for everyone and so affordable. The owners were super to work with as well.

Huge condo with stunning view!!!

I want to start by saying I cannot say enough about the amazing view and location of this property. I believe it is the best few you can get on the plantation hands down!! With that being said everything about it was a 10 star, except for the cleanliness and maintenance. I was told we went at the busiest time of the year which could cause certain things to be overlooked and it was, it took me several hours to clean on top of the cleaning crew coming back and redoing a few things. The pull out couch was very broken down, and could not sleep adults in one of the beds in the loft were broke, and could not sleep anyone. Unfortunately, we had nine people and did not have enough room for everyone to sleep. The cleaning crew also only left six bath towels for nine people. The bed was fixed the night before we checked out so it didn’t help us at all, but will definitely help the next people. The property owner was amazing with communication and tried everything in her power to get all these issues taken care of. I wish the cleaning crew would have given her some money back so that could have been relayed to us however, it would absolutely never stop me from staying here again.

Great Condo - convenient location

We enjoyed our stay (5 women) - we were on the 3rd floor - at the end. Very clean and nice view. Closest to the water in this group of building. Has coffee, ice cream and restaurant in walking distance. This was our first time staying in a condo vs renting a whole house. Both have pros and cons. Overall - great rental for a week at the beach.

We wanted to stay near gulf shores but without all of the heavy music festival traffic and crowds. Fort Morgan was perfect. The resort property was immaculate. We indeed had panoramic views with easy access to the pools and boardwalks. The host, Melissa, was very responsive and friendly.

Perfect family getaway

Absolutely perfect getaway for my family of 7. The views from this condo are amazing and we couldn’t wait to open all the curtains every morning. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything was very clean. And most importantly, the AC worked!! The owners were quick to respond with any questions I had prior to our stay.

Lovely View

The property was very nice, if not a little dated. The view was outstanding! Also, we had a bit of an issue with the range upon arrival but I contacted the property owner and they were extremely responsive. Within 48 hours, we had a brand new range! This is a nice property with a gorgeous beachfront view.

Great Beach Stay!

This condo was a great “home away from home” for our family vacation. The listing descriptions/photos were accurate, and the host was quick to answer any questions. Gulf Shores Plantation also offers a lot of amenities that we were able to enjoy as well: pools, hot tubs, sauna, laundry, etc. Definitely a great destination for a fun family trip!

Better than described

We’ve stayed at this resort a few times before and have always loved it. This was our first time in this building/condo and we LOVED it. It’s on the beach end of the building, so you’ve got the best view of the entire complex! The communication with the owners was speedy, and the condo was very clean, stylish, and super comfortable.
