Make yourself at home in this studio-style air-conditioned room that features two queen beds, a fireplace, a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea maker, and a private patio. Complimentary wifi, and cable programming. Private bathroom with shower/tub combinations features a jetted bathtub and complimentary toiletries. It has two private pools one adult one family with hot tubs, pickleball, workout gym, and tennis courts, communal laundry, an ice machine, and pool towels provided.

3 night stay

My dog and I stayed here while visiting my parents in assisted living. The place was in a great location and very quiet. It is tucked away from all the noise. The resort is older but well maintained and the unit I stayed in was clean and comfortable.

Nice stay-next time we will stay longer

Loved this property.They even let us check in a little early. The only problem was the parking. Guests took multiple spots requiring us to park far away. Need to police the psrking better.

Great Affordable Place to Stay with Pickleball Courts and Pool

A great place to stay if looking for pool and pickleball access. This particular unit has the family pool right out the back and the pickleball courts right out front. Proximity to both of these was awesome. Do keep in mind that you may have the sounds of pickleball wake you in the morning. The units small kitchen was nice to have as well. There is a tennis court but it was looking pretty worn. The unit did have pickleball paddles and balls (we had our own). It was nice to have the unit provide pool towels.The family pool right out back was the only one we used. It was the perfect temperature. Nothing fancy about it but it was very nice.The general buildings are a bit older than some of the surrounding places. The beds were a bit creaky but they were comfortable. Can’t comment on the pillows as we always travel with our own. There were some stains on the comforter and sheets upon arrival but the host worked very quickly to switch them out. I’m sure they were clean but the stain still didn’t look great so they came and swapped it out for us immediately that first night when we noticed.You will have a 15 minute drive or so to most things (downtown area, LDS temple, pioneer park, many of the restaurants) but it was still a nice location.While the unit does have a counter top and stools it would be nice if the unit had a foldaway table and chairs for games and meals.TVs were nice. Bathroom was nice. Ice machine was not working.Overall a great stay! Would stay again.

Just What We Were Looking For

We wanted to get away for 6 nights in St. George and bring our cat with us. This apartment work out perfect with comfortable beds, near the hot tube and handy to get around St. George for shopping and restaurants. It was clean and basic and the fireplace was nice during the cold snap for a couple of days. Thank you!

It was very clean. We lived the patio right out side the doors by the pool. We had a blast playing pickle ball and swimming. My wife enjoyed the tub and actually the whole bathroom to be honest

Fun time!

Took advantage of the great weather and sat poolside a couple of days that was just outside the back door. Had some good food in downtown St. George. Great experience and host was great to work with.

The swimming pool area has lots of trash around and the pool itself was dated. The condo was great! The fireplace was a wonderful touch. Very clean and nice. Beds were comfy.

Wonderful experience

We stayed here while my daughter was in a few dance competitions. The host, Christy, responded very quickly to my inquiries. She was kind and professional and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully put together. We will be booking this again for future trips. I highly recommend!

Hi, I am Christy. I was born in Pleasant Grove, Utah and now live in Lehi on Traverse Mountain. I just love the warm weather in St George and love to visit often. I am a mom of 3 boys and we love spending time in the outdoors. We enjoy riding motorcycles, bike riding, hiking, playing pickleball, and swimming in St George. At home, I am a busy mom that works part-time for a cookie company doing their HR work. Then the rest of my time is spent caring for my family.
