This house is very nice, well maintained and spacious. The sunroom overlooking the lake was our favorite place. It was a little chilly and the midges/mayflies were in full force some of the time but we still enjoyed the deck. It’s so close to Vincent William Winery that we walked there. Just a 15 minute ride to GOTL and many of the surrounding wineries. We had a wonderful stay!

Our family (8 adults, 1 baby) stayed here for my mom’s 60th birthday and it was perfect all around. Very comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean. Views were gorgeous and we lucked into mostly great weather so we were able to enjoy the deck down by the water. Communication was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The house is large, clean and well appointed. The landscaping creates privacy. The lake views and outdoor area are beautiful. This house is one of the best stays that we have had via VRBO.

Our stay at this property was our sixth cousins' weekend at Lake Erie but our first at this property. As beautiful as this house and grounds look in the pictures, I have to say the pictures don't even do it justice. Truly the most wonderful place we have stayed at when doing our weekend! From ease of booking, communication with the hosts, cleanliness, and accuracy of description this property tops the list. One could cook a complete holiday dinner with a kitchen so well equipped. Furniture in every room was comfortable and looked extremely well cared for. Even the outdoor furniture was great! The deck by the water was a great place for morning coffee or evening wine. I really can't say enough about this place and would like to thank Pete for being so responsive. Until next year.....

Our stay here was clean and comfortable; and of course nothing beats the location to the lake and the views. We were helpfully communicated with during our stay and loved the house. It was a perfect weekend for the 8 of us!

Family getaway

The home was perfect for our family trip. It was more than we could have asked for and nicer than the pictures show. It had everything we needed and more for a relaxing time. We enjoyed the beauty of the lake as well as lighthouses, fishing, and covered bridges nearby.

The property was the perfect spot for our reunion having grown up, at least some of our youth, just around the block. Our days were spent at the beach and the park and the memories of that couldn't be better. Thanks for a great time with family.
