Magnificent 5BR Villa / South Facing Pool and Spa

Welcome to this beautiful villa with a south-facing pool, a cozy spa, and a covered area with lots of seats. The villa has been well taken care of and is in great shape. It's in a fantastic location, close to all the famous Orlando attractions like Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and more. You'll also find handy stores like Walmart and Publix nearby, along with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

This villa has five roomy bedrooms. The main bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, nightstands, a walk-in closet, a dresser, and a TV. The fancy bathroom attached has a shower, a tub, two sinks, and a separate toilet.

In Bedroom 2, there are two twin beds, a dresser, and a closet. The shared bathroom, between Bedrooms 2 and 3, has a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Bedroom 3 also has two twin beds, a nightstand, a dresser, and a closet.

Bedroom 4 has a cozy full-size bed with nightstands, a closet, a dresser, and a TV. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. This bathroom also has a door to the pool deck.

Bedroom 5 has a comfy queen bed with nightstands, a dresser, a closet, a TV, and its own bathroom. This bathroom has a tub, a separate shower, a sink, and a toilet. Bedroom 5 also has a door to the pool deck.

The big living room has lots of seats for chilling out, and the breakfast area has four extra seats. Both areas make it easy to get to the inviting pool deck. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the nearby dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with your loved ones.

For fun, the garage has a combination of pool, air hockey, and foosball tables.

You'll have access to the whole house, except for the owner's closet(s).

During your stay, our property management team is ready to help with any questions or concerns. We're available in person or by phone for your convenience. Keep in mind that heating the pool/spa is not included in the nightly rate but can be added for a small fee.

Within a short 5 to 10-minute drive from the villa, you'll find Walmart, Publix, and various restaurants, making it easy to get everything you need.

Lovely location

The villa is in a lovely location with a private pool area which has sunshine for most of the day. The villa is well equipped and clean but a little tired. The support and service from the property manager, Monique was fantastic. We booked quite late and she could not have been more helpful and prompt in her replies making it very easy and visited soon after we arrived to check all was well. Great service

Great Villa, Great Location!

The Villa was amazing for our stay, and in a perfect location for visiting all the Disney Parks and attractions. The property manager Monique was superb and always available if needed. We will definitely be coming back.

Great location away from the Disney craziness

Orange Tree is one of the "hidden gems" of the area. The home was perfect for just the two of us. The listing stated a total refurbishment...we don't agree. The furniture needs updating, and, as with most homes in Florida, the carpet needs to go. The bed issue is preferential: we both prefer a firm mattress, there were none here. The property managers, Monique and Ron, were very attentive and answered quickly with any problems. A problem arose with the pool, (there's always a problem with the pools) and they had it repaired within a day. If you want a nice, quiet vacation and still be close enough to get to Disney within a half hour to 45 minutes, this is the place.

Disney Vacation

The villa was a beautiful place for our stay. It met all our expectations. The villa was close to all the Disney parks. It was nice to come back to the villa in the evening and relax in the pool.

Late booking - nice area

This house is in a nice area though was a little out of the way for what we would normally book. Took a good 40 mins or so to get to the parks as the 192 is very slow at peak times morning and night. The house was a good size and clean though has become a little tatty I suspect due to wear and tear and guests not taking care of carpets and furniture. The owners though had cleaned it up well just had stains on the carpets and scuffs on furniture. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool and nice size. The sun is available most of the day in the pool area which was nice. It was a shame the mould on the netting but I guess when it is so humid it is a thankless task. All in all a good property that just needs a little bit of tlc.

Perfect for all ages with prime location

The villa was exactly as described. It has a very modern interior and a fabulous pool. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, bowls etc. the beds are extremely comfortable to sleep in after a day exploring or simply chilling around the pool. The location of the villa is in a very clean and quite area of Orange Tree, 25mins to Disney along to 192. Claremont just up the road if you want to try different restaurants. This is simply the perfect place for a family to stay. You won’t be disappointed.

AWESOME Place to Stay!

The house was perfect for our large family. We were first time Disney and Universal travelers, and we had the best time! We had an issue with the air conditioner but the owners responded immediately. We will definitely stay again. :)
