Husbeskrivning: Huset har en öppen planlösning med ett stort stort rum där du kan koppla av på bekväma soffor nära eldstaden, titta på vågorna från sina många fönster eller njut av en film på storskärmen. Bredvid det stora rummet är det fullt utrustade gourmetköket med en stor granitbalk som rymmer åtta och öppnar till matsalen med ett stort och robust bord med plats för tio. Master Suite på bottenvåningen har king size-säng, full storlek futon, välvt tak, öppen spis, TV, takfläkt och balkong med havsutsikt. Angränsande Master Bath har en stor kaklad dusch för två, bubbelbadkar och dubbla fåfänga. Halv bad ligger på bottenvåningen.

Lägre nivå: Lägre nivå har tre sovrum: 2: e Master Suite med king size-säng, TV, våt bar och separat bad med ångbastu och dusch. Det har också en skjutdörr med tillgång till uteplats, eldstaden och badtunnan uppför trappan. Det finns ytterligare två sovrum med två queen size-sängar i varje. Alla rum har garderober med inbyggda insatser. Det är allt för dig när du kommer dit och sängkläder tillhandahålls. Ett annat badrum med badkar / dusch ligger på lägre nivå.

Utanför: Det finns en stor däck med bubbelbad för sju, glas vindskyddande väggar, uteplats bord, grill gasgrill (ansluten till naturgas, så inga bekymmer att rinna ur gas). Uteplatsens baksida har picknickbord och eldstaden. Inga parkeringsbegränsningar.

The perfect beach vacation home

Every year our group of 10 friends does a guys weekend at the beach. This home is perfect for our group, and we have stayed there for the past 5 years. The owners are great to communicate with, and the home is always well stocked and clean when we arrive. We like the layout and appreciate the pool table and shuffle board in the garage. This is a turn key, and GREAT weekend rental.

Excellent Stay in Awesome House

We stayed two days at the beautiful, large house. The open kitchen was very well stocked and modern. The living room was large with a huge sofa. We used the hot tub on the deck frequently. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculate with a jacuzzi tub and awesome double shower in the master bathroom. The game room in the garage had fussball, shuffleboard table, and billiards. The outdoor space had a nice fire pit, which we didn’t even get around to using. The house is a short walk from a beautiful beach. We wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amazing accommodations.

Annual Girls Beach Weekend

My group of friends love this beach house. There’s plenty of room for everyone, lots of space to gather at the table, the kitchen island, or the large sectional in the living room. We love the amenities, and the ability to walk to the beach. And as the one that does the planning, I appreciate the ease of working with the property manager.

girls retreat

House is bigger and much more spacious than pictures show. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The backyard fire pit was the most amazing place no wind and the deer pass through while we enjoyed our evening. Beds were very comfortable hot tub was hot plenty of towels and just a wonderful place to stay

Family vacation

Very nice

Very nice. Limited view of the ocean (house to the west blocks view) but good enough. Large, nice bathrooms, great jacuzzi, bbq grill and game room. One minor complaint is that every bathroom wasn’t equipped with soap.

Great house, great location

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for our extended family. The check-in process was super easy and the house was very clean upon our arrival. The kitchen has everything you'll need and the space is very open. The house has great views of the ocean and it was a short five-minute walk to the beach. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Super Bowl Weekend

What a wonderful stay! Luda was great, communication was timely and everything was as expected at the house. Plenty of space, great kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need for home cooking. The game room was great for some guys weekend competition! We would absolutely stay here again. Better than pictures

We were pleasantly surprised at the property’s size. The pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of high-end finishes throughout the house. Everything was there to create a comfortable and fun family getaway with our group of families.

Great house!

Loved this property. It has so many options for guests to sleep, as far as bed options. Can fit a decent amount comfortably in the house. Kitchen and living room are absolutely gorgeous! Perfect for cooking dinners for big groups. Great distance to town, easy to get there. Also lots of space for cars to park. We all came separately and had no issues. 6 min walk to beach access. Lovely stay overall!

Just amazing!

We had the best time! We had room for everyone, and everyone was able to spread out when needed, and yet we could all fit together comfortably to have a family movie night. Lots of pool was played, and hottub time was had as well. Thanks for a great house for us to rent!

Awesome getaway

Stayed at the coast during a few dreary/rainy days, but had a blast with family while staying at the Castle. Played pool, shuffleboard and chess. Great layout for entertainment and dining. Not a super far walk to the sand… Road’s End is right nearby. Quick drive to town. Overall a pleasant experience!

We love this house! We will be back next spring!

This property is a 10 across the board. Big enough for all members, beds are comfortable. Plenty of dishes and pans to cook for large groups. The only improvement needed is hot water capacity. Showers are often cold or partially cold.

this is our 5th time we are staying at this place and what can i say, amazing, no wonder we keep on coming back. its more than what you bargained for. worth the stay all the way. fun for everybody, kids, teens, adults and elderly. peace and comfort all around. very clean inside and out, top notch interior designs. will be back again very soon.

Thank you for sharing your home. We loved everything about your home. There were 11 women from our family sharing this space and never felt crowded. The great room was wonderful for spending time together and the hot tub, game room and big screen TV gave everyone something to enjoy. The view was fabulous. We hope we can do this again next year.

Family trip

This home was perfect for our family of 10. The living area is massive with a huge island. The table is large enough for everyone to have a nice meal together. The couch is huge and accommodated most of us as we watched football on the big screen TV. The hot tub worked great and the sauna as well. I loved that the frig was clean and no food was left from prior visitors. We had everything we needed to cook multiple meals for a large family. Beach is just a short walk away and the view was nice as well. Parking is great. Plenty of room for our 5 cars. Beds were comfy and bedding was good quality as well. The jetted tub in the master bedroom was wonderful. The game room was fun. We were able to have a corn hole tournament and a fire outside as well. We definitely recommend this home and plan to rent it again next year!
