Sit back and relax at one of the most scenic and unique suites on the entire Grand Strand! This Penthouse unit offers over 180° views of the beautiful Atlantic coastline, with a front-row seat to epic sunrises, sunsets, and beach and ocean scenes all the way from downtown Myrtle Beach to downtown North Myrtle Beach. This unit occupies the top 2 floors (6th and 7th) of the southern corner of The Savoy building, and includes 3 balconies that collectively provide more outdoor space to enjoy than almost any other unit in the area. The on-site amenities include a lazy river, a hot tub, 2 outdoor pools, and a weather-dependent tiki bar.
Inside this oceanfront unit you will find a tastefully decorated and recently renovated interior that includes stainless-steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, tiled walk-in showers, HD smart TVs with cable television in every bedroom, and a full-size washer and dryer. With 3 bedrooms and 4 separate beds, the sleeping arrangements can comfortably accommodate the maximum occupancy of 6 guests. The upper floor of the unit includes the Master Bedroom and 1 bathroom, and the large upper balcony. The first floor of the unit includes the kitchen, dining room area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room (with TV, puzzles and games), and a closet with miscellaneous beach toys and supplies. Both floors of the unit include floor-to-ceiling glass walls on 2 sides for stunning oceanfront views all day and night.
This unit is ideally located along the Grand Strand, in an area that is largely residential and less populated than many other areas, but still conveniently located within an easy walk to a large assortment of restaurants, stores and entertainment venues. Additionally, because this unit is centrally located between downtown Myrtle Beach and downtown North Myrtle Beach, all of the major food, shopping, beach, and entertainment destinations in and between both towns are within an easy drive and easily accessible throughout your stay.

Awesome view

Overall stay was awesome but slightly disappointed with the appearance upon arriving. First, the elevator to the penthouse needs a little TLC. The trim was falling off, then the door lock had been replaced and you could see that the older lock was larger than the new lock, just a little paint. Then inside of the penthouse, the downstairs bathroom toilet barely flushed, and the upstairs toilet just needs to be replaced. When you hear the word Penthouse you are expecting everything to look nice but other than the few issues we had a great time. The view is unbelievable!
