This new, modern and luxurious villa classified with 5 stars (with heated pool, and magnificient valley views alle the way to the DrĂŽme and the Mont Ventoux) is located alongside the Route Touristique des CĂŽtes du RhĂŽne at the border of the charming village of Villedieu.
The traditional French village square with 3 restaurants (of which one has a Michelin Bib Gourmande) is at walking distance (300m), as well as the village bakery selling fresh bread and croissants.
The modern villa (200m2 and 90m2 of terrace overlooking the garden of 3500m2 with orchard and heated pool) has recently been built and is equiped withe alle the ameneties you can wish as confirmed by the 5 stars classified as a touristic facility.
Please note that the landscaped garden surrounding the villa and the pool terrace require some finishing.
This location is an ideal starting point for cycling enthusiasts wishing to conquer the Mont Ventoux or discover the many pittoresque villages perched on the hills close by.
Wine lovers can enjoy wine tasting visits to many wineries close by, or visit the roman archeological sites in neighbouring Vaison-la-Romaine or Orange.
