The Space:
Our sleek, modern condo is situated in a prime downtown Miami location, offering easy access to everything! Within minutes, you can be at Bayside Marketplace, Brickell City Centre Mall, the Wynwood Arts District, Miami Beach, South Beach, and more. Not only are you surrounded by some of the best Miami has to offer, but you’ll also enjoy top-notch amenities right at home. Spend the day lounging by the beautiful pool, soaking up warm rays on a lounge chair, or napping under a palm tree. The building features a yoga room and a well-equipped gym with high-end equipment to keep up with your daily routine. After a great workout, pamper yourself at the spa and detox in the sauna.

Guest Access:
Check-in is in person. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the communal amenities at the complex.

You’ll be in a prime location in downtown Miami, surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, cultural sites, and event venues like Kaseya Center! Bayside Marketplace is just a 7-minute walk away, South Beach is a mere 5 miles away, and the Wynwood Arts District is only 2 miles away. Additionally, you’ll be close to the Port of Miami and convenient public transportation options (Metromover/Metrorail).
Getting Around:
The condo is located approximately 7.5 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). Valet parking is available onsite for a fee.

Resort Fee & Amenities
- A mandatory Resort Fee of $35 per night is due at check-in and must be paid directly to the front desk. This fee provides access to premium amenities, including multiple pools, a fitness center, yoga studio, pool bar, specialty dining, lounges, and more. Please note: This fee is set by the hotel and is not affiliated with the host.
Check-In & Identification
- Check-in is done at the front desk with assistance from one of our onsite representatives.
- Guests must provide their exact arrival time to avoid delays. (After 11pm check-in is an additional $50 fee. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time, an additional $35 fee will apply.)
- A valid government-issued ID may be required at check-in or during your stay.
- Guests must be 21 or older to book this accommodation.
- A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
- Depending on the booking platform, a refundable security deposit may be required.
Guest Policy
- Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay.
- Any visiting guests must be greeted in person by the main guest on the reservation.
- The front desk will not allow access to unidentified guests.
Deliveries & Packages
- There are no mailboxes or smart lockers available. Guests are responsible for accepting their own packages. A $5 handling fee per parcel may apply. Packages can be picked up at the front desk.
- Food deliveries must be received by guests in the designated area next to the front desk.
House Rules
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo. ($300 fine plus a $100 cleaning fee).
- No drug use or illegal activity is permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or loud noise after 10:00 PM.
Cleaning & Damages
- Cleaning service is available upon request for an additional fee – please let us know in advance.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive mess. (Extra $100 cleaning fee may be applied if necessary).
Pets & Children
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee, subject to availability – please request in advance.
Building Amenities & Services
