Tyst lugn tillflyktsort i attraktiv trÀdgÄrdsmiljö med stora mogna infödda trÀd. Vackert inredda och varma dubbelglasade hus med alla nya sÀngar, bekvÀma lÀdersoffor som har plats för 7+ personer (luta dig tillbaka och njut av den 55 "LCD-TV med 4 K och det ultrasnabba bredbandet), separat matsal, utomhusbord och stolar för sex och allt du behov av en trevlig vistelse. Inga klumpiga madrasser eller saggy soffor!

Nytt kök med diskmaskin. Luftkonditionering. Bakre dÀck med grill och lÀtt tillgÄng till trÀdgÄrden fÄngar hela eftermiddags- och kvÀllssolen, med frÀmre verandan placerad för morgonsol. Helt inhÀgnad platt trÀdgÄrd i slutet av cul de sac med stor grÀsmatta och trampolin med skyddsnÀt. Gott om parkering utanför gatan - Àven utrymme för en bÄt.

20 minuters promenad till centrum av staden, 5 minuters promenad till en uppsÀttning butiker, 10-15 minuters promenad till Rifle Range Rd affÀrer och takeaways. NÀra sjön och bÄt ramper.

SÀngklÀder och stÀdning vid avresa finns ocksÄ mot en extra kostnad.

Week Stay to Participate in the Half Ironman

Family trip to New Zealand for one daughter to participate in the world championship half iron man race that was hosted in Taupƍ. We visited area beaches and attractions from the convenient Beach Tree Cottage location. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to enjoy home cooked meals when we wanted. We all enjoyed the sunny deck and wonderful garden. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great property and very easy to deal with the owners. Enjoyed the house and facilities so much we kept lengthening the stay. Very warm and comfortable and has everything we needed. Kate is very accommodating and helpful.

The property was amazing. Incredibly clean, had everything we could ask for. The beds were comfortable, was beautiful and warm when we arrived. Flawless home with everything you need and more.

We were so surprised walking into this home as to how spacious and updated it is. Out of all the places we stayed during our 2 week trip, moving every few days, this was by far the nicest and most comfortable home. In a lovely and peaceful neighborhood close to town, we were greeted with beautiful welcome gifts in the counter, there is a good sized, private back yard and the spacious, cozy living room was appreciated along with special additions like a Bluetooth stereo and oscillating stand up fans in each bedroom. Mattresses were comfortable and communication and responses from the owner were prompt. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about this home. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A true homestay

Beech Tree cottage is a delightful, well appointed property. Higher end quality in all aspects that you don't get in many other rental places at this price point. Thx for the great experience, highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We were in Taupo for 3 nights for the Equifest show. We were so happy to check into a place that was exactly as described, lovely and clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Nowadays you never really know what you will get so it was really lovely to find such a beautiful honest home. Thanks so much :)

Awesome Taupo accommodation!!

What a well presented, clean warm and kitted out home. Clear communication. Perfect place for us to stay as sports team supporters. We wpuld recommend this home to anyome wishing for a central location in Taupo. Bonus being able to watch to rugby on sky and the kids and adults loved the electric blankets.

Beautiful Property

Thank you so much Jacquie for opening her property up to myself and my family. I travelled to Taupo for business and pleasure and we need a large property for my family close to town. The interior of the property is lovely, modern, very clean and just what we needed. Communication with the host was seamless, proactive and inviting. The location was perfect, close to town, the gym, restaurants and local shops. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Taupo.

Lovely, well appointed home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well appointed home. The house has been very nicely renovated, with high quality furnishings and fit out. It was warm and quiet, in a handy location. Our children were very excited by the books, games, toys and trampoline to entertain on a rainy day, and the men appreciated the big tv with sky sport. We would certainly stay again.

Everything we needed

Very nice holiday rental. Everything was in place. I particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen and awesome outdoor space with a good quality barbecue. Would definitely visit again.
