Great stay

Hosts Ross and Sandra were great and their property was excellent. A 10-15 minute drive to New Plymouth but not bad at all.

Perfect!

We loved this clean, quiet, comfortable unit, situated just outside the city centre. It was the perfect place from which to explore New Plymouth. It had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Couldn't ask for more.

Rosandra Retreat 1 bed

Tidy one bed, self catering unit with everything you need to be comfortable. Our young daughter enjoyed the grounds with the chickens, cows, swings and playhouse.

Quiet, secluded spot with perfect access to the New Plymouth Golf Club

Very tidy and modern self contained unit, with all amenities. Only 5 mins away from Ngamotu find club and 10mins from New Plymouth. Highly recommended.

Great property just outside New Plymouth

Rosandra Retreat is a lovely self contained building beside the main building it is very roomy and has all the amenities. There is even a pool beside the main building that we could use. It is far enough out of town to be nice and quiet yet close enough to drive in 10 min

weekend away

Really happy with our stay here - exceeded expectations as didnt realise it was on such a large property. We were the only guests so it was very quiet and relaxing. Well set up and appointed - we will be back. Great communication and help from the host - only suggestion is better signage at the entrance as hard to see especially at night.

Excellent stay!

This was a comfortable well kept base for our WOMAD weekend and very accurately described in the listing. Its a few kilometers out of town but once you are driving that's fine anyway. The entrance in and out onto a busy road is a little fraught but not impossible. Communication with Sandra was excellent and very helpful. We definitely recommend this stay.
