En strandfront egendom ligger på Waihi Beach med fantastisk utsikt över Mayor Island och egen tillgång till stranden. Huset ligger i en härlig miljö, man kan sitta på däck och titta på vågorna rulla in medan familjen spelar på gräsmattan. Vid fullvatten är vattnet bara 25 m från däcket!
Huset är inrättat för utomhus / inomhus boende med en stor täckt däck, grill och utomhusbord med plats för 12. Den har två våningar med spektakulär utsikt över havet från sovrummet, köksfönster, matbord och vardagsrum. Huset är utrustat med allt du kan behöva.
På baksidan av huset finns en sömn, en andra däck som är skyddad från en strandbris och gott om av gatuparkering. Baksidan är inhägnad från gatan och det finns tillräckligt med utrymme för att parkera 2 bilar och en båt. Perfekt för 2 familjer.
Waihi Beach är säker för simning, har bra surf, utmärkt fiske och utmärkta bekvämligheter för en liten township. Huset ligger halvvägs längs stranden precis 1 km från byn.

Amazing View

Amazing!!

We had THE BEST time at your beautiful home. The location is incredible, and the landscaping made it the perfect spot to relax and do art. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed, and we are already booked in to come back :-) Highly recommend for the peaceful atmosphere and comfortable stay. Thank you!!

Lovely cottage in beautiful location.

We took our 86 year parents on a holiday. It was do easy for them to get around and even though they are frail they could get out on to the beach. We loved every minute of our stay.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

As a family who have frequented many holiday rentals, overseas and in NZ, we couldn't be more pleased with the location of this property. The beach is so close that you can hear the crashing of the waves while you sleep. It's a type of serenity and peace that money just cannot buy! Our kids loved playing on the lawn and even during rainy spells, there are plenty of board games to keep them entertained. The beds are comfortable and clean, the shower is excellent and the house is well equipped with everything you may need during your stay. We would highly recommend this property - an easy five stars 🌟

Wonderful views and privacy

Myself and 3 friends spent two nights here, we loved the views and the large flat garden to enjoy the sunshine. Although the living and dining area was quite tight there was a lovely covered outside table and the kitchen was very clean and modern. The sleepout was a great size and nice to have a second bathroom. We all really enjoyed the location and to be able to see the waves breaking on the beach, with the easy access down a small path to the water.
