We had family from different states all come to this location for a wedding. We all really enjoyed this beautiful house. I think we enjoyed the outside patio the most and the pool. Plenty of space and bathrooms. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great place to stay! It was clean, spacious, and well kept. The pool was perfect for adults lounging around in the Florida heat. When not in the pool, we spent a lot of time in the screened in back patio, which had ample seating. The lake behind the house helped create a quiet outdoor experience. The neighborhood ducks provided hours of entertainment.

This house is perfect for large groups - 5 nice sized bedrooms, 3 baths, a large living room and kitchen, and an amazing covered and screened in outdoor space, and a pool too. It was close to the airport, Raymond James Stadium, and the casino. There were 9 in our group and we never felt crowded and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I would rent this house again in a second. The host, Judy, was very responsive to my initial inquiries and fortunately we didn’t have any hiccup or emergencies during our stay.

Property is not in a gated community, but very centrally located. Host was generous enough to allow us to check in an hour early. Beautifully renovated home with pool & lake view. Upon arrival house was very hot, they had the AC set at 80 and it’s summer time so it took 24 hours for it to finally cool down. Host was very responsive, and assured us it will get better. Also, pool guy came and treated the pool so the kids had to wait about 3 hours to get in, which was torture for them. Other than that the house is very spacious, great for a big family!
