It is located 500 m from the Town Center and the Tourist Office, 1 km from the train station, 1.2 km from the Thermes Chevalley, 1.25 km from the Thermes de Marlioz and 2.8 km from Lac du Bourget, 25 km from Mont Revard.
It consists of 6 floors with elevator. the opening is secured by Vigik and intercom. Access to the residence's car parks is via a remote control.
Its proximity to the city center and buses will allow you to enjoy the city with ease and easily access the thermal center. Its direct access to Bois Vidal will be ideal for outdoor walks or more sporty walking.
