22877 Linden - Newly renovated home in the Amenity filled Angola by the Bay!

This lovely open floor plan home in Angola By the Bay has tons of space for entertaining or relaxing on your vacation. Two floors of living and bedrooms makes for a unique situation whereby two families can share the space. The first floor, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living and dining areas is great for a small family while the second floor has the main kitchen, living, dining, two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The large decks are great for evening dinners or a game of cards after getting back from the beach or the community pool. New fenced yard is great for the fur kid!
Angola by the Bay also has tennis courts, a crabbing dock and a clubhouse. Located just West of Route 1, this community is an easy drive to Rehoboth or Lewes Beaches.

Available for 2 night stays in the off season or 3 nights in the high season.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Family Vacation

Great Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this house for the last several years and we love it. The beds (queen) are getting worn as we noticed they weren't as comfortable this year as years past. If the owner could leave a leaf blower that would be great as the front drive and deck upstairs gets quite a bit of brush. The cleaners didn't wipe the table on the deck and it looked like it hadn't been wiped in weeks. We did clean it off but took 3 cleanings. We also had quite a few spiders - the main door had a huge web every time we came home with a huge spider in the middle. Honestly, that may sound like a lot but overall the place is amazing and has always felt like a home away from home. The owner was also spectacular as he walked us through how to get the wifi back up after the power outage.

Beach vacation

The house is located in a nice community but close to the main road that runs by the community. Traffic noise at night. The location was somewhat of a drive to get to any beach but we made it work. Had to factor in a half hour drive to get to beach. House had a few small maintenance issues. House accommodated 6 adults and one infant well. Kitchen well stocked for our cooking needs. Nice community pool.

Another great job by the staff at Berkshire Hathaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time went to the beaches at Rehoboth like 4 days.! We did the pool a few days . All of us did a little shopping at the outlets . We also BBQ on the deck ate inside it was to hot .For a few nights we went out to eat at the Irish Eyes for dinner a great choice of menu Items.We order hard shell crabs to go from the seafood house in Lewes and ate them at the house . And don’t forget Rita’s for all family members including the Pups . Also a great place for the dogs to But overall great time .

Perfect multi-family or multi-generational home

We love Angola by the Bay and have been bringing our children here since they were small. They are no longer little. Our older children hung out with us upstairs while the teens stayed downstairs. With the dual kitchen areas, they had plenty of snacks. The huge dining area upstairs allowed us to have meals all together. The home is bright, roomy and very comfortable. The location is close enough to drive to all beaches and restaurants, but far enough away to not feel crowded. Everything is within 15-20 minute drive. This property had everything we needed to bring the whole family together again.

Great family home

Reviewer Comments: Great place lots of room and plenty of utensils dishes .We brought our own coffee pot and blender but they had everything there nice sitting room dining room for 8 to 10 people to sit and a suite downstairs for another family .Nice bbq and deck we didn’t sit outside much but it was comfortable .Big yard the kids played cornhole and great for dogs there was some glass outback and chestnut shells it was all fenced in great parking .All the kids brought there canoes and bikes and went fishing and biking .I liked that you had to put a code in at the gate as the property was a gated community it was a little far to the beaches about 7 miles to Lewis and Rehoboth beaches PS overall had a great time and looking for to returning 4.5 out of 5 only because the beach was a little far and traffic is always bad on most days depending on the time you go

The inside and outside of the home is comforting and welcoming. Great for families with toddlers, teenagers and dogs. We cook at home more than eat out so we loved having to stoves and two fridges. I was impressed by the quality of the pots, pans and utensils. Most places provide junk so I pack my own. I didn’t even pull my stuff out!!! The pool was very nice as well.

If you are looking to rent a place with a boat ramp this location is deceiving. Initial pictures showed community boat ramp but when asked to rent a slip for the week we were told that we are not even allowed to use the ramp. Very upset and still stayed due to no other vacancies. Place itself was very nice and spacious. Had a nice time with family!

The house has good potential for a family Stay however, the TV channels are lacking Especially if you’re planning to watch football and more importantly the cleaning staff needs to do a better job mainly in the kitchen. Windows desperately need a good cleaning. Kitchen is well stocked. No fencing near road if bringing kids or dog.
