The Sanctuary at West Haven
Located in a peaceful cul de sac position on the gated Sanctuary development at West Haven lies this fabulous 2-storey 5 bedroom house.
There is an open plan living area overlooked by a fully fitted kitchen complete with juke box, there is also a kitchen nook, lovely big sofas for you to sit to watch the large, flat screen TV and a formal dining and seating area.
The spacious living area leads out to a beautiful pool area which includes plenty of sun loungers and chairs for laying out in the sun in complete privacy as this house isnât overlooked. There is also a hot tub on the deck for those who want to take a relaxing dip.
There is also a well thought out games room offering a pool table and a table tennis table to entertain those who still have some energy left after returning from a hectic day at one of the many theme parks or shopping malls.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms all tastefully decorated, a fantastic master with en-suite featuring a modern tub and great walk-in shower.
This house is perfectly placed for all that Orlando has to offer being only minutes from all the major theme parks and within easy driving distance of the many shopping malls and discount retail parks.
For those who enjoy swinging a golf club, the Sanctuary is literally minutes from a plethora of world famous golf courses including one designed by Greg Norman at Champions Gate.
