This newly built property is presidents' choice, central to many amenities such as Parks, Recreation Centers, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, Shopping Malls (West Edmonton Mall), Edmonton International Airport, Transit Centers, Clinics and many more. â The second floor boasts of 3 bedrooms with 3queen beds, 2 full bathrooms and a bonus room with a 43" TV and a sofa bed to give your family/partners extra space to unwind
â The master bedroom comes with a complementary crib for families with infants to make their stay super comfortable
â Close to shopping centers and activities the whole family can enjoy.
â Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest.

During your stay in this suite, the 4th bedroom remains locked and unused. For guests needing more space, we recommend reaching out to us to request more space and the 4th bedroom will be made available with extra charge â â â

Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind after your stay. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departing. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then either donated or discarded. Coordinating pickup or delivery of forgotten items will incur a fee.

This property does not include mailbox access. Please do not use the address for mail delivery. For postal needs, consider renting a P.O. box at a local post office. For parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are unable to retrieve or manage mail or packages for guests.
