This expansive holiday villa spans two levels and features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, an office with built in desk, three modern bathrooms, and multiple living areas designed for relaxation and space for everyone.
As you enter Surfside Villa, the soaring void creates an immediate sense of space and luxury.
The stylish kitchen opens onto a rear deck overlooking lush parkland, making it perfect for private alfresco dining.
The master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite boasts a private balcony where you can escape and unwind with a view.
Step outside to your private oasis, complete with a heated in-ground salt water pool and covered entertaining area.
Surfside Villa offers both privacy and easy access. Enjoy convenient direct access to Waalum Park, beach access, proximity to local cafes, shops, and the Mount Coolum Golf Course.
Small dogs are permitted by prior approval only. Please advise the age and breed of the dog/s, Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and a pet bond maybe requested.
