THE SPACE
Hastings Homestead offers a unique blend of rural charm and modern amenities. This farmhouse is tastefully appointed with Traditional Chinese Furniture, providing an elegant touch to your stay.

Welcome to a warm and inviting retreat! As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed to cater to all your culinary needs. The fully equipped rustic kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, along with the the adjoining dining area.

Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a large laundry room with both a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

To the right of the entrance is the main living and dining area, which opens directly to the outdoor space. The dining table comfortably seats six, creating the perfect atmosphere for shared meals and conversation.

Down the hallway, you’ll discover a bedroom with two single beds and the main bathroom, complete with both a bath and shower. A separate toilet is also located nearby for added convenience.

This section of the house also boasts a second living room, ideal for relaxing, which also has direct access to the outdoor area.

Toward the back of the home, you’ll find two more bedrooms, including the master bedroom which features a desk and chair, ideal for working or reading. The second bathroom, located here, offers a shower and toilet.

This home combines comfort, convenience, and charm, providing the perfect setting for your stay.

Please note, the property is not fully fenced. Guests are kindly asked to keep the front gate closed at all times to ensure the safety of local cattle and wildlife.

Nestled amidst picturesque farmlands teeming with vibrant wildlife and greenery, this home offers is surrounded by nature's beauty. Please be aware that you may encounter traces of dust, fallen leaves, and other natural elements around the property's exterior. Additionally, the farms boast a dedicated gardener who may tend to the lawns and gardens during your stay.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

All linen and towels will be included however lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.

For bookings that exceed 14 days, guests will be charged a linen changeover fee as a fresh set of hired linen and/or towels will be delivered. Lost or damaged hired linen may incur costs. For these costs please message us.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this before your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
