This is Atlantic Beach 2nd floor studio condo is located just 50 steps from the complex to the beach! The property has a grassy recreation area and PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to a Pristine SECLUDED BEACH for the enjoyment of peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. There is also a coastal bike path for refreshing jogs, bike rides, or walks. The units in this resort have individual entrances, so you do not need to walk through a lobby or any enclosed area to access your unit. All units have a wall mounted ac/heating system and does not have shared air with the neighboring units. Watch Sun, Surf & Sand Vacation Rentals presents Ocean Sands on YT.
Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. This is a SMOKE-FREE Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building. The interior boasts a full size bed, a queen size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Perfect for couples, singles, and families with small children. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.
This is a beachfront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. You can enjoy Ocean views from the wraparound public balcony, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).
There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.
Secure Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience. Many local eateries/shops are within walking distance. Additional restaurants, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

If you are looking for a Clean and Cozy Beach Getaway, literally 50 yards from your unit to the Crisp Ocean Breezes and the Warm Sand between your toes, then you have found the right place! Come join us for some Sun, Surf & Sand!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The property is right on the beach, and the people are friendly. The community offers a pool, 3 BBQ Grills, Outside Dining areas, a Fish Cleaning Station, and a huge area of untouched green grass. It's just the perfect place if you want to stay right on the beach and avoid the hassle of those crowded beaches. Did I mention the Surf Fishing is abundant and there is a little known sand bar just in front of the property which offers the perfect spot to catch that Red Drum. There are tons of fantastic restaurants in the area, the NC Aquarium is just minutes away and with Morehead City and Beaufort so close you will not run out of activities.

The Beach is Never-Crowded so it feels like you have it all to yourself. While the unit itself does not have an Ocean View, there are plenty of areas for outside seating that offer Marvelous Ocean Views. Pelicans and Dolphins can often be seen from our Beach Entranceway Gazebos. The Sunsets are out of this world!
