The Space:

The sitting room offers sink-in comfort seating, an Apple TV, and a sound system, perfect for spending some downtime at home between outings. One of the surprising features of the space is the queen-size Murphy bed, which can accommodate a third guest if necessary.

The magazine-worthy kitchen features high-end appliances and all the utensils you’ll need to whip up any meal of the day, and there’s even a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to your vacation. Pull up a chair for a sit-down meal at the island that can also provide you with a laptop-friendly space to work if needed.

When it's time to recharge after a fun-filled day, the bedroom invites you to relax in a glorious king bed dressed with luxurious linens and pillows for a royal night's sleep. The bedroom also features a Smart TV for movie time in bed and an ensuite full bath with a spacious walk-in shower and large vanity mirror, helping you take self-care to the next level.

For your convenience, the condo includes a washer, dryer and iron.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full and exclusive access to the condo and shared access to all the complex amenities onsite.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the area known as Zona Romantica in the heart of old downtown, the condo is only a 4 block walk to the beach! Across the street, there’s an OXXO (a popular convenience store), and the neighborhood offers a variety of local eats to choose from. Within a few blocks, you’ll find a pharmacy, flea market and large grocery store.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), which is about 11 kilometers (7 miles) away. If you are arriving by car, there is 1 underground parking spot.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- The condo is ADULT-ONLY. Teenagers are ok but we cannot have small children at the property. It’s not child-proof. Thank you, in advance for your understanding.
- For security reasons, all guests except minors must provide an official ID. After you confirm your reservation, please send a copy of the ID of all adult guests on the registration.
- Upon arrival, adults should have their photo ID ready to get registered at the security booth and allow access to the complex.
- If bringing a car, please advise at least 24 hours before arrival.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited, and no people for hire (i.e., a massage therapist).
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Electricity fees: Electricity is included for stays under 7 nights. Over 7 nights, it is $100 USD per week. For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the fee is based on consumption at $6 MXN (pesos) per KW.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am. Please respect the neighbors.
- We respectfully require up to 72 hours to fix an issue that is out of our immediate control, i.e., caused by an external service provider like the internet or electricity.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
Someone will meet you upon arrival to check you in. Please advise the local contact of your expected time of arrival 24 hours in advance (including flight details).
