18 Pipi Dune - home away from home

This house is well maintained , clean and is near to the important places in town. Short walk to the beach front and esplanade. Highly recommended!

Extended family celebratory getaway

Great to find this place close to our friends Bach so that we could come and celebrate birthdays together. Super clean, well and thoughtfully equipped. Easy walk to the list Springs and super short walk to beach. Thanks!

Okay

Big beautiful house for our short stay. Nice facilities - bathroom, laundry, kitchen. The house was relatively clean however there was an ant infestation throughout parts of the house. Would be helpful to have basic kitchen items like sugar, coffee and cooking oil.

Short break away

Great property with plenty of room to move around. We didn’t have to worry about being on top of each other. 5 minute drive to centre of town, 5 minute walk to the sea - would stay again. Thanks for having us!

Relaxing week away

We had a great week, communication, check in and check out was so easy, couple of minutes to town or supermarket, found it comfortable and just made ourselves at home, quiet culdesac location but still really close to everything, would love to go back in the near future-Mike and Janice

Great place to stay

Great location, and the property was clean and big enough for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Only problem found was wet carpet around living room area, but except that, it was perfect place to stay.

Family reunion

Excellent value for price and perfect location for us. Kitchen well appointed and worked well for a large crowd. Some of the bedding is a little tired but did the job. Great to find some toys to play with and the boogie boards were a lovely surprise. Would definitely stay again

Great little place

Wonderful stay, we found the accomodation to be better than described, lots of room for 2 families of 4! Great fully fenced back yard and short walk to the beach. Other reviews noted no wifi, however we had wifi and it worked well.

My husband and I Honeymooned in Whitianga. We loved the area and all it has to offer. When we got the chance to buy our Holiday home we didn't hesitate. Still love the area as it has changed for the better, has more things to see and do.
