My friend and i stayed 2 nights. Great location, easy to find, very clean, pictures as advertised. Thoughtful touches such as milk, tea, cookies available. Great to have a car park, which is tight but do-able. Would definitely stay again.

Wellington Adventure

This property in located in Thornton which is a residential neighbourhood close to downtown. The townhouse complex is built on a steep hillside and it reminded me of a Japanese village. The unit is very well equipped with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and a full kitchen and living room and a half bath and laundry on the main level. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Given its location And the unpredictable weather in Wellington, I would highly recommend having a car in this location to get around . The one challenge for this property is the extremely tight parking spot that comes with the unit. A small compact car was challenging enough when the parking lot was full. For a large vehicle best of luck.

Das Objekt entsprach der Beschreibung .Die Stadt war schnell zu erreichen.Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht .Ruhig und sauber.Nur der Stellplatz ist nicht für grosse Autos geeignet,Alternativ kann man an der Strasse parken . Rüdiger

Very comfortable and quiet

Great property to rent. Warm and quiet with everything you need to be comfortable. Good kitchen equipment and comfy beds. The choc chip cookies were a nice touch. Would stay again.

great place to stay

A very modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable home for our stay in Wellington. A comfortable walk through the botanical gardens to the city centre via the cable car and some fabulous cafes close by. Would be happy to recommend and stay again.

Great house, great location, happy guests

We were very happy staying at Deb's house. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable to be in. It would be difficult for people who could not manage stairs, but we managed just fine (age 65+). The walk down the hill to Tinakori Road was easy, and that took us to several different restaurants, and the No 2 bus that took us into town. We also enjoyed wandering round the Botanic Gardens which were just a little further up Tinakori Rd. The special treat was the homemade chocolate chippie bikkies! Thanks Deb.

Great Place To Stay In Thorndon

This is great little property to stay in close to the city. Very convenient but also very quiet and with an off street carpark. Well equipped and comfortable. We've stayed here twice ow and I'm sure we'll be back again.

Nice little cabin

We were 3 guest staying here and we had plenty of space, the Rooms were very confortable, and everything you need is provided. The owner is very nice and easy to contact, and even let us stayed a bit longer and hold our luggage for a few extra hours while we walked around the city waiting for our flight. Over all very nice clean place to stay, not far from town.

Perfect spot to explore Wellington

Great base to explore Wellington. We walked everywhere; Te Papa, Cable Car, Beehive and even the supermarket! Clean and warm unit with everything we needed and very quiet! Hope to come back in summer to explore the walks in the hills around Wellington. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent townhouse, clean, modern, comfortable, off street parking & very close to the CBD

A fantastic townhouse, very quiet, clean, modern, off street parking, super close to the motorway and CBD. The beds are so comfortable and the lovely homemade chocolate slice added a warm welcoming touch! We loved having the luxury of a home away from home and will definitely be staying here again! The access to the townhouse is easy & simple. Our only suggestion would be another couch for the living room but overall this is a wonderful house! We loved it 😃 thank you so much for having us!

A most comfortable experience.

A Quiet stay. Everything with practicality in mind. Tidy and cleanliness impeccable. Bed was comfortable so an easy sleep rewarded a fun and busy weekend. CBD is barely a 10-15 minute walk, so you can get the best of both worlds.

I would recommend this property highly. It was well located, presented well, clean and well equipped

The property was well presented, clean and well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom fresh and clean and the shower hot. Both bedrooms presented well and the beds very comfortable. The main bedroom was good views to the harbour. Parking space is quite a tight squeeze with a large car however very necessary and convenient to the unit. I would certainly recommend the apartment to others.

Scrupulously clean, bright refuge with good access to the city .

While in the house we spent much of our time decorating and working in our daughter’s house and looking after grandchildren. At the end of busy days it was a joy to return to this lovely house with all mod cons and indeed to our great surprise, a cleaner. From the main bedroom you can see the harbour glistening and although there are houses around, the trees provide cover. There is a garage space which although tricky to enter initially, soon becomes easier to access. The free wi fi enabled us to keep track of life at home and indeed the progress of Brexit, or not. To top it all, we were greeted with Christmas cake, wine and fruit when we arrived. Thanks for everything Deb and all your help. Ann

the perfect place

This place is so perfect it should be the role model for everyone renting out their place for homestays. Every little detail is thought of. When you walk in you first notice the great view and great location, but the inside looks a little bare at first, until you open each cupboard and realize absolutely everything you'll ever need has been anticipated perfectly. I'm so amazed by this adorable place. Highly recommend it to everyone. The parking space is very tight, as others have said, but even my medium-large car has no problem getting in - just required an extra 30 seconds of a 3-point turn to get it backed-in right.

This property was lovely and clean

This property was lovely and clean. Everything we needed was there, with extra's! Loved the fresh baking left for us, thank you :-) My mum (80yrs) managed the staircase to the bedrooms okay even though this is quite steep. The parking space is tricky to get in and out of when the car park is relatively full. A compact vehicle is recommended. I liked the location, close to the city, Botanical gardens and historical Thorndon village. We would stay here again
