Had a great time, beautiful location on the lagoon close to eating places, Coffe shop and a small supermarket. Will be back the next time we’re stopping in Muri.The host Shine provides great comms and looked after everything.

We enjoyed being right on the beach with ample space. So many outdoor decks to choose from and huge amounts of indoor space. Access to the beach down steps/ a gravel path and some rocks to clamber over (so not for the unsure of foot!) Easy to get to other places (we had a rental car though). Bar and smaller supermarket/ takeaways across the road. The string bands were excellent. Resident cat (no one knows who it belongs to. V friendly) and chickens with noisy cockerel. They are all over the island so bring earplugs if you don’t like rooster noise. The photos really do show what it’s like and the views are stunning. We were sad to leave!

Property was much as we expected from the site. Great location. There was music from cafe/bar across the road but it was always over by 10 and usually earlier. Comms with host was very good.

The house is in a fantastic location and was nice and big. Direct access to the beach and two double kayaks that you can use that was great. The kitchen and bathroom was good and the view is amazing.

Nothing but paradise . Plenty of decks the main one faces the ocean in Muri , you cant get a better view . Kyaks and snorkel gear . Shops across the road . Muri night market 900 mtrs down the road . Great hosts will be staying again definitely. Thankyou Laurie and Shine

Beautiful home,all the comforts and more, steps to the lagoon where great snorkeling, swimming,plus kayaking can be enjoyed, mai'i bar across road is fantastic, great cocktails, food, entertainment and pool,walking distance to muri attractions, we stayed at 3 places this trip,laurie residence we all agreed, girlfriend mum and i was the best,absolutely loved our stay

What a wonderful place! The location is amazing and beautiful. The house has everything you may need and the beds were comfortable. There is a restaurant across the street and the live music was great while barbecuing on the deck. There’s also a market and a Vietnamese restaurant right across the street, which was amazing. Don’t forget to walk down to Muri market night. We will me back. Meitaki Shine for sharing your home with us.

Friends getaway

We had a week in Cook Islands. The house was in a great spot and had everything we needed. Close to supermarket and bar across the road. Could and snorkel and swim straight out the front of the property. There was 2 double kayaks for free use. Would definitely stay again

A piece of paradise

Stunning rustic house in an ideal location. Great for larger groups with multiple areas to hang out when you're not in the water. The moto that you see across the lagoon is an excellent spot to snorkel. The side thats visible from the deck is exceptional, large schools fish that just go about their business. House is beautiful, clean and very cool, with beautiful sea breezes. Shine was wonderful to commicate with- thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Loved this place

Highly recommend this place. The view and direct access to the lagoon is amazing. The use of two double kayaks was a bonus. Property is well equipped with everything you need. Our party of 4 adults and 2 kids were wery comfortable here.

Amazing views and lovely host

Very comfortable with loads of space. Would suit a big group so it was very comfortable for our family of four. The views are just amazing!!! We spent most of our time on the huge deck or kayaking out and around the motu. Thanks so much Shine. Hope to be back again!

Lovely home away from home

Awesome location, great home, large living area & many outdoor options for relaxing. Great kayaks. The Restaurant directly across the road had quite loud live music till 9pm every night then played dufduf music till 10pm. Was ok, but every night was a bit much. -

Exceeded expectations

This property was amazing, a massive thank you to the host Shine for letting us stay in your wonderful property. The location is second to none, the views are incredible and the house was perfect. The bar across the road was a gem and you are a quick walk down the sandy beach to the night market. We loved our time and when we come back we will most certainly book this place again! Highly recommend.

Great house

This house is a great house for a family or group. The deck looking out at the lagoon is a fantastic place to get together. We enjoyed our stay at Shine's property very much.

Great venue

The property is ideal for 2 couples or 2 couples with 2 kids. Lovely beach and canoes were fun. With decks front and back there is always somewhere to get out of the wind, rain or too much sun.

Amazing House on the Lagoon

I loved the craftsmanship of the house -- lots of outdoor spaces and well furnished (BBQ grill, laundry, kayaks). We never tired of the view. It would be nice to have 2 bathrooms but for small numbers of guests, it was no problem. Can't beat the swimming here!

Paradise

Our stay at this gorgeous location was absolute paradise. It had everything we needed. Fantastic access to a karaoke bar/restaurant, Vibe Cafe, beauty parlour, grocery/liquor store and more right across the road from the property. The view from the deck is breathtaking. Shine was a great host and her communication was excellent. The house is very private which we appreciated. We will definitely be back soon. 10/10!
