Great Place in Rotorua!

We loved staying in this cute, comfortable, cozy space. It had everything we needed and we had a great time in Rotorua! The location was great- an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to visit, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Rotoruq garden stay

Very cozy, comfortable, private garden suite with all the amenities. Hosts were great. Located very close to Rotorua attractions, and many walking tracks. Would highly recommend this stay.

Cozy cabin

Very comfortable for two, great location, and friendly owners. The cabin is well designed and cared for, and this includes the delightful outdoor patio and yard. No regrets at all about this selection.

Summer house with Spa

The hosts were amazing and the space was fantastic. We had a car and they provided parking. The summer house is private locatloed in ourdoor garden space and you have acceas to the private outdoor spa tub. The fridge was stocked with nd the kitchen was stocked as well we well.

Quiet stay with relaxing hot tub

Absolutely loved our stay for four nights at this beautiful property . Peaceful and cosy . The hosts have done a wonderful job in ensuring you have everything you need . Private backyard sanctuary

The place was well provisioned for breakfast and cooking basics. The little house was screened off from the owners' place and we felt like we had the whole garden to ourselves.

Gorgeous backyard private cottage

Property was exactly as pictured. Check-in was seamless. House was fantastic! Host was easily available for questions and very friendly. It was too warm to use the spa but it is in an even more private corner of the yard. Would 100% stay again!

Excellent peaceful location just outside Rotorua - the Summer House is privately located at the back of the owners' house, with its own garden and hot tub. The house was clean, light and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen, including excellent breakfast and other provisions. There were lots of lovely little touches - fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and fruit. A great place to stay.

Immaculate private space with a toasty spa

Comfy studio with everything we needed. It’s residential but doesn’t feel it. Little bit of a walk from the car, through a couple of gates, which would be a bit exciting with luggage in bad weather. Big covered porch area once you’re there. Great communication from the hosts. We loved our time here and will happily come back.

Peaceful haven

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The Summer House was well equipped and lovely to come back to after a busy day, a real calm oasis. We were able to walk from the house to Te Puia and see the amazing geothermal activity and geysers and so enjoyed learning more about Maori traditions and culture at the centre there. The garden was private and the hot tub a bonus after a days walking, even though the weather didn't allow us to sit out much. It was close to, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, just what we wanted. Thank you Jessica and Barry, sorry not to have managed to meet you on this occasion.

Perfect Studio apartment

I stayed at this Studio apartment for 10 nights while exploring the area in/around Rotorua. The apartment is very comfortable. Even though on the owners' property, there is complete privacy. Dedicated parking. Lots of natural light; great patio for relaxing. Wifi was great with 3 devices. Kitchen was great for eating in. Jessica and Barry were very kind and thoughtful! Because of weather issues, I stayed at the apartment a little more than expected and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

The Summer House Studio is located in a peaceful setting.

The Summer House Studio is located in a peaceful setting. Tui birds all around. Very well appointed and well thought out. Comfortable bed, nice shower. It was a treat to enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. Luxurious robes even provided. Jessica’s beautiful artwork decorates the studio, which gives it a personal touch. The studio is very private, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful double doors open up to the garden on a nice day. Thank you Jessica and John for sharing your bit of paradise.

Simply Brilliant

Our experience was outstanding. The property is extremely tastefully decorated – comfortable, private and has some very lovely touches – for example the fridge had some lovely treats and the spa pool was definitely a highlight. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was simply perfect. We give this property 150% rating.
