Perfectly located a few-minute stroll from iconic Surfers Paradise Beach and the vibrant bars, restaurants and shops lining Cavill Avenue, this immaculate, light-filled stay provides carefree coastal living at the heart of the action. Relax in air-conditioned comfort and make use of WiFi, private laundry facilities and secure parking as well as a shared gym, sauna and multiple pools, ending the day with a wine on the balcony while you enjoy sweeping city views and a refreshing ocean breeze.
A bright, open-plan layout offers a welcoming space to unwind after a day in the sun, with a modern, streamlined kitchen including all you need to cook up a post-swim lunch and a six-seater table to share meals.
Two sofas and a large TV in the lounge area invite you to settle in with your favourite series or kick back with a book while floor-to-ceiling glass doors capture views of the Surfers Paradise cityscape towards the ocean. Choose to dine alfresco on your private balcony, where you can relax with a glass of wine around the four-seater setting or sip your coffee while you soak up the morning sun and a cooling sea breeze.
Two light and airy bedrooms sleep four guests, with the primary bedroom offering a king-size bed and stunning city views while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and mirrored built-in robes. Both bedrooms have central air conditioning and heating to ensure year-round comfort, while a primary ensuite, accessible via a walk-in robe, offers privacy and ease. Both bathrooms are immaculately appointed with a shower, vanity and complimentary toiletries, while the main bathroom also offers a bathtub.
Added conveniences include WiFi, a secure parking space and a private washing machine and dryer. You can also make use of the buildingâs shared gym, sauna and indoor and outdoor pools, which are complete with sun loungers and generous entertaining areas.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
