Ideally located within Crown Towers, opposite Surfers Paradise Beach and a 10-minute stroll from the restaurants and shops lining Cavill Avenue, this 26th-floor stay is at the heart of the action. Relax in air-conditioned comfort or head out to the private balcony to enjoy sweeping views of the city and coastline. Make use of the shared gym, indoor pool, and large lagoon pool that offers a dedicated kids' zone. Free, secure parking allows for easy exploration of Gold Coast's surrounds.
This sky-high stay welcomes you with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, providing a laidback space to relax after a day at the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows maximise natural light and create a feeling of spaciousness, while central air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort when you want to kick back on the sofa with a movie.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and take advantage of the dishwasher for easy clean-up, eating indoors at the four-seater dining table with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. You can also choose to dine alfresco on your private balcony boasting sweeping views overlooking the beach, city, Nerang River and the mountain ranges.

Views are also enjoyed from all three bedrooms, which sleep six guests. Two rooms feature king-size beds while the third offers two single beds, making this an ideal stay for a family getaway. Working remotely? A desk in the second bedroom allows you set up your laptop in privacy for Zoom calls. The primary ensuite features a bathtub while the main bathroom includes a shower and complimentary toiletries. Catch up on laundry, making use of the in-unit washing machine and dryer.

You can also make use of the building's abundance of shared amenities including a games room, BBQ area, children's playground, gym, spa and sauna, along with the choice of two pools, including a heated indoor pool and expansive lagoon pool complete with a slippery dip and sun loungers.

Secure parking for one car on the premises is available.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Additionally, you'll have access to all the building's shared facilities including the games room, BBQ area, children's playground, gym, pool, spa, sauna and large lagoon pool. Please make yourselves at home!

Stroll across the road for a refreshing dip at Surfers Paradise Beach before enjoying brunch at a nearby cafe. The popular shopping and dining precincts Cavill Mall and Cavill Avenue are within a 10-minute walk, you’ll also be just one minutes’ walk from Cypress Avenue light rail station and five minutes from the Nerang River. Take advantage of a secure parking space and visit local attractions including Home of the Arts (HOTA), Skyρoint Climb and theme parks Dreamworld, Warner Bros. Movie World, and Sea World.

This property requires updating and a deep clean. The major issues were the A/C in master bedroom not working and the toilet leaked water onto the floor. Contacted the property manager. This was a weekend and the manager was unable to get the issues resolved. Other issues, shelves on the fridge door were either missing or broken - only 1 was available, curtains not all hanging on rods, garbage left, unit not clean and ripped, torn couch and carpet. The unit was not worth the value that was being charged. In 30 degree weather, and toilet water consistently on floor we could not stay in the apartment. We requested a refund and advised them we wanted to vacate. They advised us to contact VRBO support. We spoke with support and felt we were getting some resolve. Finally on the third day we were able to find another accommodation. The following day we received an email from VRBO support advising that they had dropped the case as they had determined the issue was minor - this was determined without even speaking further with us. We then spoke with VRBO support again and another case was opened.We attempted to get a refund for the remaining 20 days but kept getting bounced between VRBO and the property manager, Hometime. Each claimed the other wasn't responding. Eventually we received a portion of the refund that we were entitled to, but not the full amount. Both VRBO and Hometime need to take an active role in assessing and maintaining the properties they rent.
