Varm och solig, norrläge bekvämt fritidshus, fint inredda, rymliga fritidshus. Inte idealisk för små barn. Stora parkeringsplatser. Bush gångväg till Main Street, kaféer, restuarants och butiker etc. Varm på vintern, Kyl på sommaren, med värmepump och eldstuga. Our weekend away

We found the property satisfactory to our needs and Andrew (our host) was very responsive to our requests.We didn't think the property was value for money, once Bookabach took all their fees and cleaning costs. We always clean before we leave and therefore cleaning would be minimal.In the property information is suggest that there are water views from the "upstairs". The water view is from the upstairs bedroom only, not the upstairs main living area and balcony.The position was a bit far from town, as the walk was quite steep. Not suitable for elderly people.The house in itself was very clean, comfortable and warm.

Family holiday

We had a great wee family holiday in this comfortable holiday home. Communication was great and it was very clean. It was good to know it was up a hill so we could plan our trip for this. Thank you for having us

Family Break

Great stay in Akaroa, house was tidy and well kitted out. Only drawback was that we were unaware that the house was situated on a very steep road which would have been useful to know prior to booking.

Price Family

Just as I had expected with no surprises. Certainly very good location and next to native forest which was nice. Well kitted out but not able to use either of two TVs and caretakers did not know anything about them. This did not bother us as the weather was good for the duration of our stay. Kitchen worked well. All in all we were happy with the house. Thankyou.

Weekend getaway

Had a great weekend away with family. House was very warm and inviting, with all the amenities we needed, including a large space for parking the boat. The location meant we could get out on the water in no time. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Awesome 👌

Beautiful, had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. We were there when it was 31 degrees. Aircon was welcomed, BBQ area was shaded in the evening. Plenty of parking. Will defo be back.

Spacious and comfortable

We enjoyed the space and amenities. Everything you need is here. 10 minutes walk to town (good work out coming home up the hill!) Tidy and clean with comfortable beds and nice big smart tv. Thanks so much for having us.

Great New Year

Fabulous place for family and friends to enjoy Akaroa. We loved the relaxed bach vibe, bush and bird song. Great parking for the jet ski and car, great deck to relax on in the evening and living space was large enough for a family with teenagers. Would love to come back and stay again.

Great place, great property manager.

Over all really great. Property manager wasn't informed by the website that we weren't coming and got a surprise call from me on the day (not his fault by any means, I think Bookabatch made an error somewhere). He was all very helpful about it!

Feedback

House was wonderful, loved the birds singing amongst the bush. Only negatives is upstairs shower pressure is minimal and driveway is not ideal for bigger boats - couldn’t turn into parking area. Neighbours park in drive by turning bay so takes a bit to get around sometimes.
