Great spot close to lake very quiet spot. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was well kitted out. Cooked every night. We will deffinately book again.

Great location

We loved our stay in this lovely house so close to the marina, beach and cafe! Great running and biking trails too! A sunny house sheltered from the wind! Would definitely go back

Trout on the Menu

Our four days at Kinloch staying at the very comfortable and well- appointed Kotuku Loch Bookabach property gave us (three couples) an opportunity for the boys to reacquaint themselves with the trout population while the girls did their best to restart the Taupo economy post - COVID all on their own. The fish were on the bite and the shops welcomed the girls with open arms. You could smell the burning plastic from out on the lake! Close to all the Kinloch amenities and with a great host to deal with - Mark had the place warm and cosy for our arrival and was comfortable with a slightly later check-out given there was no-one booked in following us. Can't wait to get back!

Perfect in every way

Location excellent for doing the Great Lakes Trail rides. Property super clean, warm and a really lovely place to stay. Will be back!

perfect location

Stayed for the kinloch marathon, it was a perfect location for us with just a short walk across to the start line. Mark was great to deal with, and everything was hassle free to organise. Beautiful place, clean and peaceful setting, wish we could have stayed longer! thanks!

Was a wonderful stay, close to everything Kinloch has to offer. Comfortable and clean. Always great

Always a pleasure to deal with Mark, easy and drama free. House is well situated to the marina and restaurant. Easy access to the shop, warm, clean and clean home. You just come in and relax, your holiday begins as soon as you walk through the door. Thanks heaps

Fantastic Location and Facilities

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is very convenient to the lake and shops. The house itself was very clean and tidy and was ideal for our stay, especially with 2 bathrooms. The outdoor facilities were great as well and well utilized. Will definitely book again when we next come to Kinloch

Extremely tidy and well maintained, with fantastic service.

The place was perfect. So clean, tidy, quiet and very comfortable. We forgot to request linen when we booked and realised our mistake once we’d checked in. I contacted Mark and he very kindly made a special trip for us. Superb host!
