En bra bach för en romantisk flykt, en familjesemester eller att umgås med vänner. Titta på solnedgången och gå och sova snuggled i lyxigt linne till våldets mumling.

Wellington ligger 48 km bort (cirka 50 minuters bilresa).

'Bach No. 4' ligger på Raumati South Beach, som är en säker badstrand - också populär för paddling och surfing, och när förhållandena är rätt - surfing och drak surfing. Också en fantastisk promenadstrand, som är en del av 40 km stränder skyddade från rådande västliga vindar av Kapiti Island. När tidvattnet är inne förbinder en gångväg / cykelväg Raumati South till Queen Elizabeth Park (som innehåller gång- och cykelleder) och sandstränder.

'Bach No. 4' är en kort promenad till Raumati South-butiker (café, restaurang, takeaway-butik, Four Square mejeri), lekplats och tennisbanor.

Eller promenera / köra två kilometer till Raumati Village för fler kaféer, restauranger, barer, takeaway-butiker, bageri, apotek, butiker och Marine Gardens.

"Bach nr 4" ligger intill ägarnas hem.

Exceeded expectations

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!!! SUPERBMy trip to New Zealand from the UK, was made quite wonderful by this apartment. The balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect. Just 5 seconds walk from the beach. Clean and well equipped property. Parking for the car and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful

Fabulous view

Very comfotable beds and sofa. Fabulous view. Just across the road from the beach. We enjoyed watching all the dogs and their owners going past. The BBQwas great.. A special treat was the chocolates and homemade biscuits.

Return visit to Bronwyn's

The location of this bach is awesome, both me and Shane loved it. We cooked on the BBQ and had alfresco dining both Friday and Saturday night.Our friends came up and decided they loved it too and stayed with us two nights. We went for a walk on the beach and swam in the sea, what a fabulous weekend. Thanks Bronwyn for letting us have our friends up.We shall be sure to come and stay again.

Perfect in every way

We're already planning when we can get back, we enjoyed our stay so much! The location is unbeatable, right across from the water. If you're not game to swim yourself you can be entertained watching everyone else. Lovely coastal walks in both directions from the property. Bronwyn was very friendly and helpful. Despite living next door, the family gave us plenty of privacy. The house was super clean, and comfortable. We really felt welcomed, rather than just income generators. Beautiful spot to relax

Three of us stayed a week and loved it. The apartment is small but perfectly formed and the thoughtful touches make all the difference - home baking, lovely linen and comfy beds, local info, games for the kids etc etc. The location is incredible, just steps to the beach and walkway. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The weather didn't co-operate but we still had a lovely week and would love to go back for some sunshine next time! Communication and welcome from Bronwyn was excellent. 100% recommend.

A Slice of Paradise

Clean, smart accommodation at an idyllic, private beachfront setting. If you're after a quiet, restful break, then this is perfect for you. Lovely local walks, cafés, restaurants with a laidback, friendly vibe. Very welcoming. A friendly community. Would highly recommend this property, and would like to return. Host was welcoming, but left us to it for the full 5 days which we appreciated. We felt very at home and refreshed by the much needed break. Thank you:)

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable and Private by the sea

The property is small, but was clean tidy and worked well for two people who needed it to sleep with out road noise. Bed were comfortable, Kitchen operation was small, not a lot of bench space for 3 days for us it worked ok, but there is limited possibility to do a roast meal if that was on the list while staying there, the oven is a small bench top item. The cook top is not a permanent in bench inserted item, and doesn't simmer to a lower heat very well, but one managed it, the house was warm and the bed comfortable, we would go back again.

Loved it!

My sister and I loved almost everything about this accommodation. The view was amazing. We each had a bedroom with a comfy bed. Shower was great. The only thing people need to know is that the kitchen is small and although there is a lovely BBQ, if the weather isn’t great you need to cook inside. There is a cooktop and benchtop oven but there isn't much room to actually prep and dish up your meal. Just a small point k think people need to know. We would definitely go back!

Breakaway with my sister

So lovely to wake up in bed and see the sea. We stayed four nights. Everything we needed and more. Heated towel rails Electric blankets/heat pump Beds were very comfortable. Owner even washed the windows down as sea spray was blocking our beautiful view Sunsets were spectacular. Thanks a bunch was very enjoyable Lovely baking on arrival We put washing out owner offered to dry in her dryer if still wet at the end of the day. We will definitely stay again Can’t recommend it enough.

Great location close to beach and amenities

A well presented property with good fixtures and fittings that makes great use of the space. It is warm and has a "homely" feel to it. You also cannot go past the view and the magnificent vista.

Blissful break only an hour from home

Heaven! My daughter works full time, has a husband, two children, two cats and a dog to take care of and desperately needed time out. She didn’t stop smiling all weekend. The Bach is cosy but spacious, the view is of the ocean just over the road and the Bach contains every convenience you need. It poured with rain all weekend apart from a short respite when we walked along the beach which was great for us as we did jigsaw puzzles, read, played cards, had an afternoon nap, drank wine and were rejuvenated. It is big enough for her to take her husband and two children but may keep it as her secret hideaway. Will definitely book again and again. Next time we will swim in the ocean and watch the sun set while sitting on the deck with a glass of wine. Thank you.
