This property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located in downtown Manteo. Patrick was an excellent host and available to help with any questions. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we will continue to book as the need arises. I highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was so cute, spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like such a cozy retreat, plus it was just a short walk to everything in downtown Manteo. The hosts thought of all the little extras someone might forget, the garden area was beautiful to relax in, and they were so kind and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

Very short walk to downtown Manteo. A short drive to the beach. Clean and comfortable. No kitchenette so not great for a long stay but perfect for a long weekend! We really enjoyed it sad it rained alot but there are plenty of things to do close by.

Very impressed with this property. The pictures are accurate and the place is even better in person. Very clean, very well furnished. Easy walk to the downtown Manteo and we will stay again. Patrick was very responsive. No issues!

This was a charming cottage house close to town and only 15 minutes from the beach, maybe less. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, including pillows - thank you! The house is super charming and the gardens were really lovely. There is an old theater two blocks away with delicious popcorn and great classic movies. I walked the waterfront boardwalk daily and stopped in a number of the shops in town and drove to the beach daily, which was a beautiful drive over the bridge. Roanoke Island is wonderful - highly recommend !

Very nice accommodations. Pics are accurate. Garden area in back is really better than the pictures portray. Easy walk to the downtown Manteo district. Management response to minor issues was immediate. We would go again.

Great location

A very quaint setting and beautiful living space. We were very comfortable staying here and the property is very close to the center of town. Shops and restaurants were enjoyable.

Great place to stay close to downtown Manteo

The host was easy to work with and communicated well. The place was exactly as advertised and would defiantly stay there again if we are heading that way.
