10/10. Will be back!

Absolutely great place to stay! We stayed a week with our young kids under 2. This place has everything you need & want plus more. It was well set up & safe for kids, the view was amazing and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was kutstanding, if we had a question it was answer super quick. We will definitely be back! Spa was an added bonus! Thanks so much!

Perfect for a getaway

The house was perfect for 2 families, so much room and things to do. The quick walk to the pristine bay topped it off. Absolute amazing location and part of NZ, can’t wait to go back. Fintan responded quickly and we will definitely stay again

Awesome place to stay for two families nice and clean and tidy

Peaceful, stunning views and comfortable!

We had a tremendously relaxing time enjoying the long beautiful walks, kayaking around the islands and swimming. The home had everything you could want. We loved sitting out on the patio in the early morning watching the new sunrise as it's rays splashed out across the bay. This was a memorable weekend, Thank you!

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach house for a weekend getaway. The beach house was stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean right from the living room. The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious bedrooms provided a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore was the perfect lullaby at night. The beach access was convenient, allowing us to take long walks on the sandy shores and enjoy the sunsets. Overall, my experience at the house was truly unforgettable, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing beach retreat."

Excellent location and a wonderful house to rent for a relaxing holiday by the sea

Seacape is a well appointed house with everything you require for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen has all the mod cons including a dishwasher and thermowave oven and contains everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the lounge and dinning room areas are roomy with lots of space to move around. The spa pool had lots of use and it is only a minute or so to walk to the fabulous Opito Bay beach. The outside deck has a panoramic view of the Opito By area and beyond. An excellent dining table with plenty of chairs. The bbq was easy to use and clean up. Thank you for letting us use your lovely house, we all had a wonderful time and will return for another holiday I am sure.

Great Stay Home away from Home

This is a very clean and tidy bach it has everything you require for a stay at the beach. We always have a great time here and keep coming back each year for our annual holiday. Owner is great to deal with.

Amazing Opito bay!!

Great location and nice house with a hot spa, which came in handy in rainy weather. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more :)) Lots of sleeping places but some of them are so old that it is impossible to sleep on them plus not a single good pillow. Upon arrival, the house turned out to be very dusty and dirty inside (I had to work for about an hour with cleaning inside the house) In general, 4 stars, I’m happy to spend the next holidays in this house BUT with the condition that there are new pillows and at least one new mattress :))Thanks

We loved our stay - we were disappointed that we were only there for a night, and are already looking forward to coming back! Such a lovely house, comfy beds, amazing view. Fintan was so helpful and great to deal with. Definitely five stars. Amazing.

Perfection in paradise

Everything was easy and the house was super clean throughout. All appliances and furniture are modern and the beds comfy. The spa pool was a nice bonus and the beach is about as nice and safe as beaches get anywhere on Earth. We’d love to go back for sure. Thanks for sharing your wonderful property with us Fintan 👍🏼

Beautiful place

I booked this beautiful place for me and my family just for a night. Loved this place and mesmerising views. Clean property with all amenities. Couldn’t enjoy the spa as water was not heating. Overall will give 5 ⭐️. Wish could have booked for more days. Will definitely come back again.
