Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

PARKING/ GARAGE: Free parking on the street and 3x spaces in the driveway. 1x space in the garage for parking, please note the garage is open plan with no enclosable door.

ENTRY: Entry is gained via lockbox on site, code will be automatically sent 48 hours before check in. Host will be available to assist if guests have any trouble or questions.

WIFI: Complimentary wi-fi is available at the property, login information will be provided in your check in instructions and welcome book.

HEATING/ COOLING: Property features a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main lounge room, with ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, basic condiments provided (Spices, oil, salt, pepper, sauces) Coffee, Tea, sugar, hot chocolate provided. Please note no dishwasher.

DINING: A dining table is located off the kitchen, seating 4 guests. An additional 2 dining spots are located at the kitchen bench. There is also easy access to the wrap around veranda from this room via sliding door.

LOUNGE: A large lounge suit will comfortably seat multiple guests with large smart TV. Various apps available, guests will need to log into their own accounts. Access to the veranda through two exits.

OUTDOOR: The property features a wrap around veranda to the property with closable sun rooms on the bedroom side, this veranda can be accessed via the dining room, lounge and two bedrooms. The property is enclosed with a fence.

INFANTS/ CHILDREN: Children and infants are welcome at this property. Guests will need to bring high chair and porta cot with them.

PETS: No Pets.

BEDROOM/ BATHROOM CONFIGURATION:
Please note all towels (Pool towels included), bathmats, and bed linen are provided. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided.

Bedroom 1 Master - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Connecting to sun room and veranda via sliding door, with wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Small wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - Single Bed (Sleeps 1) With wardrobe and connecting to veranda via sliding door.

Bathroom: Shower, bath and basin. Separate toilet room.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine and in Laundry. Washing powder, drying rack, pegs, iron and ironing board provided.

MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks. Please respect quiet times, parking guides and house rules.

GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with electronic lock codes.

Pet Friendly Properties: We ask you to be considerate of the property owner and employ good pet etiquette. BYO sleeping and feeding equipment, leaving the yard free of any animal waste, ensuring the pets stay outside unless prior arranged and always off furniture. Please note: A pet fee will apply for these stays.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, dishwasher running. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

Great beach weekend getaway!

A family wedding and reception bought us to Geelong and Jack Rabbit Winery for the weekend. This little get away was perfectly located to both. A gorgeous clean place which was easily accessed and included all the amenities we required - although a second TV would be on our Wishlist! Thanks for having us!
