Retreat to the Coast of Ocean Grove with this three-bedroom hidden gem. Stylish and comfortable for the whole family, this home offers 3 bedrooms, open plan living, 2.5 bathrooms and a stunning outdoor area. Complete with hidden office space, firepit, BBQ area and relaxing outdoor furniture this property is perfect for a single family, friends or work trip. You can even bring your pets!

PARKING/ GARAGE: Free parking on the street and 2x spaces in the driveway. 2x space in the garage for parking, you will need to activate the garage remote button to open. This property is situated on the curve, with generous space for street parking out front.

ENTRY: Entry is gained via a lockbox on site; guests will be provided their code 24 hours before check in. Host will be available to assist if guests have any trouble or questions.

WIFI: Complimentary wi-fi is available at the property, login information will be provided in your check in instructions and welcome book.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic condiments provided (Spices, oil, salt, pepper, sauces) Espresso machine (Pods provided) Tea, sugar provided.

DINING: A dining table is located off the kitchen, seating 6 guests. An additional 4 dining spots are located at the kitchen bench with an additional 2 dining chairs in the garage.

LOUNGE: A large lounge suit will comfortably seat 4x guests with large wall mounted smart TV. Various apps available, guests will need to log into their own accounts. Guests can also find a hidden office area with desk, chair and computer for complimentary use.

OUTDOOR: Escape to your outdoor family experience with dining, BBQ and firepit. The deck has a portion undercover and a portion open to catch the beautiful sun. Couches, chairs and dining furniture available with a firepit for guest use. The yard is fully enclosed for pets with two side gates on either side.

INFANTS/ CHILDREN: We have provided a highchair, plastic cutlery, porta cot for infants and toddlers.

PETS: Pets are welcome at this property! We ask that pets are picked up after, guests provide their own pet toys, food and bed. Please do not allow pets to sit on the couch or sleep in the beds. A pet fee will apply.

Please note all towels (Pool towels included), bathmats, and bed linen are provided. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine in Laundry. Washing powder, drying rack, pegs, iron and ironing board provided. Dryer in the garage.

MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks. Please respect quiet times, parking guides and house rules. Cameras located on the exterior of the property on the front and side.

Guests will have access to the whole property.

Your host will be available 24/7 for any questions or assistance guests will need. You can contact them through the Airbnb chat, phone, text or email.

Other mature special occasions upon enquiry- which must not exceed the homes sleeping capacity.

GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

Pet Friendly Properties: We ask you to be considerate of the property owner and employ good pet etiquette. BYO sleeping and feeding equipment, leaving the yard free of any animal waste, ensuring the pets stay outside unless prior arranged and always off furniture. Please note: A pet fee will apply for these stays.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

Found the property great. Suited our needs. Maybe some spare fans for 2 of the 3 bedrooms as the kids were really hot overnight. If you want the beach it is not nearby. It is a bit of a drive to get to the controlled beach as the house is located in a newish estate over the back of Ocean Grove. This was probably the biggest downside.
