CCTV Monitoring & Noise Alarm Notice
For the safety and security of our guests and property, please note that CCTV cameras are installed and actively monitored at the front door/entrance and parking areas. These are in place to ensure security, enforce house rules, and confirm that only approved guests are on the property. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas, ensuring your privacy during your stay.
Additionally, noise monitoring alarms are installed to detect excessive noise levels. These do not record conversations but help ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours. We kindly ask that all guests respect noise limits to avoid any disturbances.
Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

House Rules (Important, please read)
To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 5 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10PM on weekdays, and 10:30PM on weekends, including alfresco, fire pit, and pool.
4. No parties or gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times, this includes screaming and shouting; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No music is allowed in the outside areas of the property. Given the close proximity of the neighbours, we do not allow for any music to be played outside.
7. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
8. No bookings from groups under the age of 32.
9. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
10. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 16 guests, unless prior approval is obtained.
11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking allowed. A maximum of 4 cars can fit on the property.
Failing to adhere to these properties can result in guests getting evicted.
