Other things to note
Please treat our home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: At the time of booking we ask guests for a security deposit of $500. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house rules or violations during your stay. The money is reserved and is automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations there is nothing you need to do.
