Communication with the Host was poor. 8 to 24 hours till we would receive a reply. Questions were not answered in a timely fashion, and there was no manual available for the house. For example, no instructions on how to turn on a fireplac. We were told a pool and hot tub were available, but when we got there, we found out it was closed. We asked the host why it wasnât open and she redirected us to a pool and hot tub at the top of the hill that we were not told about. This was 12 hours after we asked the question. Prior to this I had asked several times if all the amenities were available and did not receive a reply. Also as a VRBO guest, we were not allowed to use the fitness facility and we were told that is only for owners.Also, the cleaning fee was over 250 for two nights, and we had to take our own garbage a kilometre up the hill to the disposal site. I would expect for that sort of fee that would be part of the cleaning fee. The property itself was very nice, and well kept. But I would not book here again based on the poor service from the host. There are plenty of other properties to choose from.
