The Space:
The apartment itself is designed to balance both social and private spaces. It features four other bedrooms, but thanks to its expansive layout, there’s plenty of room for everyone. You’ll have access to a large shared kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Your room has a comfy super king-size bed, plenty of storage for you belongings, a mini fridge and a large ensuite with a bath and shower.

For downtime or socializing, the apartment boasts two spacious living and dining areas. These common areas are perfect for enjoying meals or unwinding after a day of exploring. The dining spaces offer ample seating, while the living rooms are comfortably furnished for you to relax, read, or watch TV.

Set in the heart of Karangahape Road, one of Auckland’s most culturally vibrant and eclectic neighborhoods, you'll have endless options right outside your door. Trendy cafes, diverse restaurants, bars, vintage shops, and galleries are all within walking distance. Public transport options are easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the wider city, whether you're visiting nearby Ponsonby, the Auckland CBD, or heading to the waterfront.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to their bedroom, ensuite, living areas, dining areas, kitchen and laundry. Guests do not have access to the other bedrooms.
Guests in the ensuite room should avoid using the shared bathroom.

Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this.

Street noise: There is currently construction next to the building. Some noise will be heard during work hours.

Common spaces: Please be aware that the common spaces are shared with 4 other rooms. Be considerate of the other guests and remember the quiet hours from 9pm - 9am.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay.

In your room - 2x tea/coffee, 4x coffee pods for Nespresso machine, 250ml milk

In the common spaces (shared with other guests)- 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
