Our villa is cleverly divided into three separate units, and you'll have exclusive access to your apartment with a private entranceâonly the pool and parking area are shared if the other units are occupied. Nestled on a fully fenced lot surrounded by lush greenery, this home offers plenty of outdoor space, plus a fantastic enclosed pool area where you can relax when youâre not out exploring the islandâs treasures.

Perfect for couples and solo travelers, this ground-floor apartment offers a cozy retreat where you'll instantly feel at home. The sitting area features a comfy sofa, ideal for lounging, and a Smart TV ready for your movie nights (with basic cable channels included).
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up any meal, including a coffee maker for your morning brew, a blender for afternoon cocktails, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The breakfast bar seats twoâgreat for a quick bite or some laptop time (but we hope you're here to unwind!). Sliding glass doors in the kitchen open directly to the pool area.

Youâll have full and exclusive access to apartment #2 within the villa. If the other units are rented, the pool area and parking are shared.

The villa is in a great location, about a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Long Bay Beach (Access 1), where the Turks and Caicos Kiteboarding School is located. Itâs less than a 10-minute drive to The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club and Grace Bay, where you can find water sports, shopping, restaurants, and more!
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 14 km/9 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is 1 parking space at the property.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our property is monitored by 24-hour outdoor security cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
- Pets are not allowed.
- All guests of the property acknowledge the risks of using the pool and agree not to hold the owner or property manager liable for any injuries or accidents. Please take the necessary precautions and always supervise children in the pool area.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a gate code followed by a digital code for entry to the apartment. Before arrival, you will receive full instructions and all necessary codes.
